I had an Inter/Dry race start in Monza. Except Inters weren't an option. EVERYONE WAS ON DRIES. Most difficult 8 laps ever (then it dried).

I had a very similar thing. In my second career mode run I decided to do a backmarker team to start with. I was doing France (I do 100%s), and I was loosing position I gained at the start to the alpha romeos, boxed and then started to get laped as a merc and a ferrari at the same time had an engine failure. This brought out the safety car and all the leaders boxed. Meanwhile it was stuck between the Williams and the first drops of rain started to fall. As soon as I had the gap to not get lapped again after pitting, I pitted, put on inters and started to catch the safety car queque. I was only about 5-7 seconds of the next car, when the safety car came in and all but 6 cars pitted for inters. Rest came in next lap and I get the race lead. I was able to hold on to it without drs and as in the last lap drs was activated the two cars directly behind me were battleing, giving me enough space to hold on to the race lead and win.

I had something similar happen once, also in Canada and in my MyTeam career. I went in for Inters on lap 15 (25% race), nobody else bothered to pit for inters (not even my teammate Nico Rosberg), Hamilton takes the lead while I'm in the pit but spins, and I get to win with the superior grip of my inters.
