Funny enough i came across someones base who had 3 vintage water cooler plans and wanted 10k for each, i ran into another player as asked them if they had one they said no but asked where the camp was and only charged me 1k caps and they bought it for me, im so greatful to the kind and generous people in the fallout community i was hoping i would not have to wait till christmas 2024 to get the slight chance of getting that plan.

i recently just found one for 15,000 caps in a vendor. had 15500 caps on hand. bit the bullet and bought it. it makes it so much easier to pick camp location when you arent restricted to water.

Lots of generous players in this community happily give things away for free, or sell at low prices. That's how I got my fixer plans and a bunch of other stuff... Some people just like helping others. There's lots of greedy players who sell things for 20,000 - 40,000 caps, and it's absolutely ridiculous. There is nothing wrong with asking. Nowhere in his comment did he demand or expect anyone to give him free shit.

The only 2 events that i have seen it in so far was the invaders from beyond (originally from) and holiday scorched (newly added) and I don't see the invaders on the comunity calendar so earliest prob be summer unless you can find a player that has it for sale I personally wouldn't pay more than 3k caps for it If you do find it for sale

You need molded plastic. Get your plastic junk and scrap it but don't bulk it. Then create the water cooler. Remember, do not bulk the plastic junk, just scrap it and put in your stash box.

You need MOLDED PLASTIC to create the water cooler. So, get your plastic junk, return to your workbench and SCRAP it. DO NOT BULK IT. Then, just put the molded plastic in your stash and create the water cooler.

You really do not need a generator. You can always use candles, or Wall Sconce (wall candles). I always use these, the lighting is so much better that actual lights that need power. No wires ect... Many ways to build a base that do not need a generator. Unless you want to use a vendor, then again.... vendor still works with no power. Just does not show on your base map icon. I have 5 camps myself. Not all need generators.
