Today i found myself doing figure8 using the delts, while walking. Amazing... so the sack into a small bag, open palm and rotate😢. The blood flow and feeling was just great. Thanks for enlighten my into the these creative movements❤

These are great for opening up the ribcage and scapular movement. Both are major keys to healthy shoulders. Give these a go for a week or two, focusing on expansive breathing throughout and let me know how it goes for you! Thanks for watching!

Great! This exercise healed my stubborn shoulders couple of months ago, and I did it with just imaginary cup of tea.👍🫖🙂 But now, after watching this video, I just HAD TO try it with a real one.😅 Tough, but my shoulders are now feeling great 😊, so thank you very much!😊
