I walk with 3 lbs weight in my hands. My posture was bad. I used to lean forward and also walk like a duck. I am improving my posture slowly. Your video is a big help. Mashallah you are the only Pakistani doctor I watch. Please give some diet advise too. Jazakallahu khairan katheera.

Dr. Seb with due respect i would say walk dosnt help the best way to run either slow running or fast but running is the only way you can feels of excerise.

دھڑکن کا تیز ہونا بہت اچھی بات ہے اگر کبھی سٹیمینا بن نے بعد دھڑکن کم ہو جائے تو چلنے کی رفتار کو تیز کر دینا تاکہ آپکی دھڑکن تیز ہی رہے واک کرنے کا فائدہ ہی دھڑکن کے تیز ہونے کے ساتھ ہے اور مزہ بھی تبھی آتا ہے

Im 40==mujhe thodey bp hai..140=130=150==aise rehte hai...my walk 30mnt karta hoon...10=10=10=speed change karta hoon.. 5mnt running bhi karta hoon....bp 15=10percent kam hotey hai...pasina janey ke baad .... relax or Khushi bhi hotey ..
