I started reading and watching Dr Joe about 2 years ago. After 2 weeks of meditation, I quit a 40 year smoking habit. After 1 year, I lost 100 pounds and cured myself from fatty liver disease and high blood sugar. December of 2022 I was diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer. I used supplements and meditation instead of chemo. I had a mastectomy last April that showed one tumor was gone and the other one was tiny and no lymph nodes were involved. I am now cancer free, and I will continue to use these tools for healing. Thank you so much for the work you both do. It's truly changing lives ❤🙏

@@garimasharma1141it really doesn’t matter what meditation u do, he has a ton of different ones on his website. The whole purpose is to notice things about urself u need to change, such as negative feelings and emotions, and swap them or“teach” yourself to feel more elevated emotions. And if u go into his research and u see the science behind what those elevated emotions do to the body it’ll be easier to feel them since you know they are healing you. Eventually you’ll probably realize you are consistently living by a negative emotion that is downregulating your immune system and if u can Un memorize that your symptoms will start to go away. I suggest going to his website and purchasing the progressive and intensive course. ❤

Growing up my mom got cancer. Every day she wore a smile on her face and over and over would close her eyes and say these words “I’m whole I am well I am healthy” never had to get chemo and did lose a kidney but she’s been cancer free for about 25 years and still says that all the time. Anytime we even get a cold she tells us how to attract health (and wealth) I mean she was ahead of her time with the law of attraction and I’m here to tell you guys it is real and it does work. The law of attraction has been a huge part of my family growing up and I’m so grateful to be in such an amazing family that raised me with such wisdom.

I survived 2 nd stage breast cancer in 2005. I said out loud several times a day “I am healthy, I am whole, I am healed” , I also did creative imagery meditations where I imagined Pac-Men in my blood stream eating the cancer cells. It works !!!

I’m 83. About 40 yrs ago I did the Werner Erhardt communication workshop. Miracles happened that following week at work. The miracles were expected. I KNEW they were coming…a very new feeling for me. They were in the works…a done deal. Then, the miracles faded…back to business as usual. I had NO idea how I did that or how to recreate it. After all these years, Dr. Joe is telling me how to recreate it! Wow!

In 2011 I went to the dentist and had silver amalgam fillings put in my teeth. After doing research on mercury poisoning I immediately began having about a dozen different symptoms of mercury poisoning. I freaked myself out with all of the conspiracy theories and horror stories of when mercury was one used by dentists to fill cavities. Once I realized it was all in my head and I was the one causing the symptoms with my thoughts I immediately had zero symptoms of mercury poisoning. The mind is so powerful. I rarely get sick. I rarely get headaches. If I do get sick or get a headache I know how to use the my mind to heal rather than cause more dis-ease.

By Thursday I had a great new job for much more pay with a very solid company. As I write this, I have just left Ohio after cleaning up my old apartment, and I will be in Chicago tomorrow afternoon. @@jlynnmenzel Hi Jenny, so I started listening to many of Dr Joe's Podcasts, I follow him on KZbin and listen to the various stories, and watch the Q&A's. So I have taken time out to learn this stuff, I started with the Generous Moment, I'm regularly listening to the blessing of the energy centres, morning and evening meditation and usually Tuning into new possibilities. Healing the energy centres was my biggest break, identifying where my energy of the past sat and how to heal through breathing exercises. There is lots. I also subscribed to Gaia where he has a whole series on what he does. Now I am beginning to feel so good, very conscious of my negative thoughts. Each day it hurt gets better and better. I have been doing 5/6 meditations daily. Good luck you can do this, I had days where I didn't want to but pushed through and glad I did.

I agree 100%, sometimes it's hard to follow what he is saying, but this one is so brilliantly done. I actually changed the playback speed on the video and that helped enormously. So happy to have found this and feel we all could learn so much from just this one video. God bless all.

Amazing as always. I've always known this..since i was a child. Auric field seeing, visitations, predictions, manifestations astral traveling. ..etc I am currently 63yrs human and back in 2018 I discovered Dr. Joe through his book Becoming Supernatural. It was my answer to how i healed myself from a rare blood disorder while experiencing a mystical realm just a few weeks before i found his book. My gratitude to you Dr. Joe is endless... And weirdly .. cool is I will actually enter the field when i listen to you, lecture on the science ! ✨

I enter this field too when listening :) It is so cool. I’ve just been to an event and I stopped participating in the “now turn to the person next to you and explain” thing because it felt so much better to stay in this state.

Vipassana meditation has gifted me a wealth of self awareness. (Goenka) In my experience it is a miraculous tool through which to create a healthier more balanced mind, which equates to healthier more balanced body. Anyone who suffers depression or anxiety knows one can’t just think one’s way out of it. Vipassana is a valuable key.

I cant believe this video showed up in this moment. I was watching a video about Active shooters for my compliance at my job and it instantly made me anxious, sad...and I visually seen kids in this situation and I had to pause and remove myself from that moment. I acknowledged my emotions and they instantly subsided and finished my goal. My anxiety and heart rythm have been off since my best friend passed away in January. These are the emotions I have to acknowledge. Thank you.

Glad I ran across YOUR interview with Dr. Joe (I have read his books and he is great). I trust you, Rangan, and I love what Dr. Joe has to teach. You had a really clear interview because you are thinking through your patients' experiences and needs. So many times Joe is interviewed by "I wanna make a million dollars!" kind of hosts. What a relief to have you do the interview. I followed a free meditation online with Dr. Joe and had an amazing experience of overwhelming joy. He knows of which he teaches. I am working on his practice now. Thank you for your perceptive outreach to him and I do hope you will bring him in again on specifics, such as aging, addiction, finding joy now, etc. He respects you.

When you want to do something, do it now, dont deicde to wait and depend on the future. Because we cannot predict exactly what will happen within the next second of our lives. The only thing we can know is from what has already happened which is coming from the past and is stored in the mind. Our brain is used for many things and it is incredibly complex, and the best way to really experience life the way it is right now, go with the flow and dont think about it. Make plans, or just do it. Plans are neccessarey to become organized with what to do and surround yourself with what your trying to attract. We're all one conciousness, we are all a part of a huge system called the universe, and our bodies are physically made up of the planet.

Fascinating at the end about the different brainwaves. For me, because I love trance music I sometimes go to bed and fall into a semi sleep with my AirPods still playing music and then eventually fall asleep. On nights I do that I have the most vivid and creative dreams and then next day I have some really good ideas and new solutions to problems and stuff. It’s like it remixes all the information in your head in new and different ways.

I have attempted to meditate many times in my life and prior to this CD the only success I've experienced is with live guided meditation. kzbin.infoUgkxzpa8CIfZcihW4Z0F_ja0QF3W9KIatrsq This is the first CD I've used that cuts through my unmedicated ADHD and enables me to truly relax and experience a quiet and energizing interval. The instructors voice is very soothing and pleasant to listen to. I am easily able to sit successfully through the entire CD, and for quite some time after. I cannot adequately express how tremendously helpful this CD has been on my spiritual journey!! Two thumbs up and 10 stars!

Since I began doing this and focusing on my heart and being in a state of gratitude I've already reacted different to a event I used to react bad to and it was natural to act the opposite I didn't even notice until a couple days later and it's was so shocking to me and this time when I felt lack I wanted to jump into it but there was just something stopping me a thought to just not do it I couldn't turn back my body wouldn't let me.

I would be okay leaving my career and everything I’ve built behind because this life is not happy and I KNOW that if I could just get this right, even if it means leaving everything I’ve ever known behind - that it would all be okay in the end because he would teach me the tools to create a new life

I like Joe speaking in maybe more common terms. This video really clicked. I feel like I have permission to not stress about so much it breaks me. I used to think being being a martyr was cracking the whip at myself to be responsible. I'm not sacrificing another day to misery. Childhood trauma/ACES taught me to be hypervigilant. No more!
