I'm doing it I'm excited & use that feeling. walk away. don't wait, don't think.. it LL be so amazing.. I can say, it's powerful..

I was so frustrated last year. I ve done the meditation before and magical things were happened. But the everyday life led me astray, I went through bad times, because I met my partner.I don't know finally, if it’s right for me and my kids, but now with this video I felt so good!! I found Dr. Joe on Gaia TV for years ago on my phone. I was living out of a tent just got out of prison lost my custody of my daughter and had to move to a state, where I knew nobody because I was in trouble with the law. Now all my legal trouble is behind me I attracted my best friend and my wife I’m back in my daughters life, and I own my own business. Dr. Joe’s meditation and his teachings help me come out of that.

This is one of my favorite podcasts of the last decade. I found Dr Joe 5 years ago. Went from living out of my car, with no relationship with my family…. @Igor-vk8fl at that time i was doing, you are the placebo, but now i do energy centres meditation 5 to stay healthy. But dont limit yourself. The most important thing here is to open your heart. Literally fell in love. Feel love in your heart with whatever meditation you choose! That healed me. 🙌

While I was looking at the audience, I thought to myself, "What a group of healthy looking people. Wow!" And then Dr. Joe comes out and says the same thing. They were glowing. I thought of the church I visited recently (black folk, my folk) and how from the podium the pastor if he noticed, saw a sea of obesity (count myself among the number). I thought how wonderful it would be for the pastor to "preach" a message like this one or do a "Rewired" series. I'm not done listening to this POD, but wanted to share.

I need to say something here, it's about me, even though, I was beaten down with many things like I was an orphan from broken family, later I myself had broken marriage but I was a happy single mom of 3 children. I tot I have suffered enough. Life have not tortured me enough so to make me properly broken person .... I lost my daughter, she died at the age of 19 in a bike accident. Just died on the spot....then I was broken beyond repair.....many forces helped me and one force Dr Dispenza books and speech and meditation help me so much. His word is so pure and truth that it sets u free

Life changing video! After few videos I bought the book Becoming Supernatural on the very next day, minus 2 degrees, I am walking to work hating my life did not even start a page of this book at this point, I see a homeless and my heart stopped because I thought me here complaining and this person spend the night here and when I thought I wish I had something to give to this person (like coins or something) someone I swear! Literally randomly walked towards the homeless and gave a copy of the same book to the homeless and walked out, In front of my eyes, my whole perspective changed I was like, hey I bought this book yesterday and I know what it is about, and wow that could change this homeless person better than money but how did I not think that! ❤

Do you still keep that info ( links) at hand? I am in the middle of a medical problem and I need to explain my doctor and all doctors what is neuroplasticity. They think we are ignorant, crazy etc… and do not want to make an effort to understand. I am beginning here but I was practicing as I could already even if it is in a cro magnon way. What I came to believe after listening to so many intelligent speakers (especially Dr. Joe Dispenza) of who we are and how we live on this planet is to know that even before I was conceived, my worth and right was to have everything I needed and wanted and to never forget that! Because we get everything in the womb that we need, we don’t need to ask for cells to grow or nourishment to grow, it’s automatically given to us. As human beings we forget our worth but we shouldn’t! Everything will automatically come to us, we just need to allow it ❤

8:36. I am so grateful to Dr. Joe because through reading three of his books, watching lectures and interviews, and most of all through daily meditations I received medical proof of reversing the progress of my COPD, which my doctor says, is very rare. @@robertHuggins-lm1mb Yes he was a chiropractor. I had the same questions about him but honestly there's too many people I've seen being really positively affected by his work for me to question it any longer. However, it's just like his book says "You Are The Placebo". In some ways what he teaches isn't much different than others out there. It's mostly just his approach. I enjoy his work though I have had some challenges sticking to the longer meditations on a regular basis. I do keep coming back to them though so there's gotta be something to it. You can find a lot of his meditations free on KZbin but they are also very cheap to buy on his website. I'd recommend starting with just one of his books and see if it resonates.

"People who are going through the process are doing it to change" knowing that healing will be a by-product. It's so interesting he said that, because I've been changing into my future self, and the other day in meditation I got the word that "we're giving you a new body." All I can say is, "thank you, thank you!" It is something I was hoping for, not only because it will feel better, but also because a new body will give this 73 year old woman the time to carry out my projects. Thank you Dr. Joe. This has been an incredibly affirming session.

After I read You Are The Placebo I recovered from 45 years of methadone , Psyche meds,p..HARM a's amphetamine cigarettes alcohol and more. Took 2 years detoxing down to zero(was torture and wanted to go,bye-bye) I'v 4 years clean and sober and it was able to go back to work as a disabled person, 2 days a week. Was handucapped for 33 years post 17 surgures..now , I'm a productive member of society . All the thanks to joe and his information.

Well…I meditate and live Joe’s work as well, however I don’t understand how someone so awake can still believe in “big bang”, an all giving sun that is 92 million miles away, “deep space” etc. There is only one Creator/God and we are all part of it, we are all connected. The sun and moon are local Creator/God whatever you want to call it made this Planet firm and immovable forever, with a firmament to protect his creation, NOTHING can get in and Nothing or No one can get out. Use those senses feel it for yourselves

I felt the energetic power of that crowd immediately. I have deep gratitude for so many of the contributors in that crowd. Started crying as soon as Dr Joe started speaking and I am in a great space in my life no sadness at all. I suffer from years of depression and anxiety. I have low esteem and lack of self confidence. Many times I think to myself that I don't want to go on living but everything changed since I started to meditate. People get discouraged because they think you have to do it for a very long time or that it is evil because it is associated with Buddhism but to me it is science. I can just meditate for just 30 secs and it makes a difference. I am a lot happier now! Not to mention I lost 20lb and feeling more energetic than when I was in my twenties. I wish everyone will give meditation a try. The world will be a happier place.

The real cause of are modern problems is that we are living in a post enlightenment paradigm.The tabularraza that we are blank slates to be worked on. This idea is half false, its not true but it can be made to become true. This happens when, through various means, the people are made to take the symbolic representations of reality in place of actual reality and so everything becomes a social construct. The deeper you fall into it this the more your intire reality is manipulated. This cuts you of from your intuitions, from your human essence. And the deeper you go the more you have to rely on pure reason. This is what leave people feeling empty or like there is somthing profoundly wrong with the world. We have natural human intuitions why do you like deing hugged? Why do you not like deing hurt? etc... The idea of cause preciding effect, numbers, basic ideas of motion, morality and God are all human intuitions. All humans are born with these intuitions and so there is a deep understanding of the world of men of truth. Your analytical mind is supposed to use this as its foundation so a combinationof intuative and analytical thinking. From the enlightenment project as mentioned earlier the idea of the tabularraza, this is related to the sovereignty of the individual another enlightenment value. They go against human intuitions so the natural intuitions are attacked within the system and so people are attomized. In this state any design can be worked on the people any story can be crafted this is reflected in modern political systems communism, capitalism, fascism and liberalism are all liberals experiments, diffrend designs that come out of enlightenment philosophy. You can think of culture as a kind of accumulated knowledge ment to help you quickly adapt to the reality of life. It is ment to be based in human experience. Modern culture is unnatural and constructed from the top dawn, it should be more properly called social engineering. Knowledge and awareness are whats important. Knowledge you accrue over time but your awareness can be limited or have blind spots which then effect your knowledge. The best exercise to help in all areas of life are exercises that expand awareness. We live in the fabric of society, businesses governments institutions, its all just people, human being just like you. When you expand your awareness you can intuitively gain knowledge of the world because its just knowledge of people, its intrinsic For example the extream stress of hatred meditation (our upbringing dose not acknowledge righteous anger-an easy blind spot) and its the easiest emotion to roots you in the body These ideas are from the book cultivating power: the art of self development its by khan khattak you can surch for it in amazon if you like but I don't recommend it if you don't have a solid grasp of haw the world works. The book is very conspiratorial. In the book it say you want to amplify you would cume up with 3-4 scenarios where you would naturally feel anger. E.g. someone disrespecting you in public, another man trying to seduce your wife etc.. whatever it may be.now dont try to force the feeling aggressively just go through each of the 4 scenarios and then keep switching between them at random and the emotion running throughout will become amplifyed on its own. You can keep pushing it further and further antil you reach your limit then wave your hand as fast as you can so its blurred and naw amped up as you are try to see your fingertips clearly. It can help to be aware of your wrist use it to know there your fingertips are. repeat for 3 set, dont do the exercise again for at least 2 weeks. This simple exercise grounds you in the body and brings you awareness to the moment without having to go through a life or death situation. You can read the book for more techniques and thoughts on the human condition just be careful

Dr. Joe Dispenza I am in awe you are speaking my language. I made a concerted effort to make the changes in my life on the day my husband was cremated will be 5 years this month. Had a few ups and downs but I believe the universe heard my prayers and helped me keep my words and now I make a concerted effort to listen to my intuitions and I believe I’m on the right path. I have been doing his meditations for over a year now, and I'm telling you... there is NOTHING like his meditations.The instant magic they create in your life, is NO JOKE. It is pure creatorship. When he says something along the lines of "ask the universe to give you a sign, to show you that this connection you've made is real. And ask it to show itself in the most unexpected way" IT HAS. Unexplainable synchronicities. I was in Paris last year and had been doing the meditations every morning without fail. I did it every morning with the intention to create more magic in my life - I wanted to find the courage to travel and do the things I feel like I'm here for. One day after practicing one of his meditations, I went to the Louvre. In the queue, after running around due to confusing directions as to which queue I should be in, I found myself in the correct spot. The queue winds around and I see two of MY FAVOURITE travel KZbinrs Kara and Nate. I got to see, speak to & hug two people that INSPIRE the crap out of me, whose videos I watch religiously. Just there, in Paris, in the queue to the Louvre, at the exact same moment as me. Had I have been there a second earlier or later, I would've missed them. Why is this even crazier? Because I was meant to fly to Indonesia a month before and be there for 2 months, but I got turned away at check in because I got my Covid test done a few hours to early (it was still negative). I was extremely disheartened at the time, but this moment just showed me that we are always in the right place at the right time, MAGIC IS REAL, and we can create exactly what we want and what we need. Seeing them was a SIGN that the field of pure potentiality is real and that CRAZY things can happen. Try it for yourself 💜💜💜 It is some damn good medicine xoxoxox

Everything he said is so true. Especially about anxiety, and how your brain makes you start to believe something you know is rationally not true. And everytime you have that thought, your body responds as if its happening right now, in this very moment when its something that hasnt actually happened or is an imagined threat. I think the problem mainly is when a person becomes too identified with the mind, the mind starts controlling the person instead of the person using the mind/brain as a tool to navigate through life.

This is amazing. I live by conciously creating my own inner interpretations instead of allowing old programming to dictate my experience. It's hard at first but the more you interrupt the old stories the better you get. It's like anything else in life. Thanks for the upload this video really help to remind us not to allow the old programming to dictate our experiences. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

The real cause of are modern problems is that we are living in a post enlightenment paradigm.The tabularraza that we are blank slates to be worked on. This idea is half false, its not true but it can be made to become true. This happens when, through various means, the people are made to take the symbolic representations of reality in place of actual reality and so everything becomes a social construct. The deeper you fall into it this the more your intire reality is manipulated. This cuts you of from your intuitions, from your human essence. And the deeper you go the more you have to rely on pure reason. This is what leave people feeling empty or like there is somthing profoundly wrong with the world. We have natural human intuitions why do you like deing hugged? Why do you not like deing hurt? etc... The idea of cause preciding effect, numbers, basic ideas of motion, morality and God are all human intuitions. All humans are born with these intuitions and so there is a deep understanding of the world of men of truth. Your analytical mind is supposed to use this as its foundation so a combinationof intuative and analytical thinking. From the enlightenment project as mentioned earlier the idea of the tabularraza, this is related to the sovereignty of the individual another enlightenment value. They go against human intuitions so the natural intuitions are attacked within the system and so people are attomized. In this state any design can be worked on the people any story can be crafted this is reflected in modern political systems communism, capitalism, fascism and liberalism are all liberals experiments, diffrend designs that come out of enlightenment philosophy. You can think of culture as a kind of accumulated knowledge ment to help you quickly adapt to the reality of life. It is ment to be based in human experience. Modern culture is unnatural and constructed from the top dawn, it should be more properly called social engineering. Knowledge and awareness are whats important. Knowledge you accrue over time but your awareness can be limited or have blind spots which then effect your knowledge. The best exercise to help in all areas of life are exercises that expand awareness. We live in the fabric of society, businesses governments institutions, its all just people, human being just like you. When you expand your awareness you can intuitively gain knowledge of the world because its just knowledge of people, its intrinsic For example the extream stress of hatred meditation (our upbringing dose not acknowledge righteous anger-an easy blind spot) and its the easiest emotion to roots you in the body These ideas are from the book cultivating power: the art of self development its by khan khattak you can surch for it in amazon if you like but I don't recommend it if you don't have a solid grasp of haw the world works. The book is very conspiratorial. In the book it say you want to amplify you would cume up with 3-4 scenarios where you would naturally feel anger. E.g. someone disrespecting you in public, another man trying to seduce your wife etc.. whatever it may be.now dont try to force the feeling aggressively just go through each of the 4 scenarios and then keep switching between them at random and the emotion running throughout will become amplifyed on its own. You can keep pushing it further and further antil you reach your limit then wave your hand as fast as you can so its blurred and naw amped up as you are try to see your fingertips clearly. It can help to be aware of your wrist use it to know there your fingertips are. repeat for 3 set, dont do the exercise again for at least 2 weeks. This simple exercise grounds you in the body and brings you awareness to the moment without having to go through a life or death situation. You can read the book for more techniques and thoughts on the human condition just be careful

As a person with English as a second language and not having gone to college or schools in the west , in the beginning it was very hard to understand his scientific concepts, but I got better and better over the years , to the point that at one time there wasn’t any video of him I hadn’t watched lol , to be honest the level of change he talks about will change one from the deepest level of mind and emotions, although I have not had the luxury of going to his retreats , I practiced his meditations and each one of them done properly and consistently and will tear your soul apart and will change you forever, I hope one day I can give this guy a big hug. He formally broke the 4 minute mile by changing so many lives in real big ways.
