My grandma is turning 99 in a month. She's had an extremely difficult life. She starved a lot. Mostly ate fruits and veggies from her garden and store purchased bread. She didn't have a car and never learned to ride a bike. So she walked everywhere. She did a lot of farming and some construction type work. She held chickens, turkeys regularly, occasionally a pig. The eggs she sold. She never ate any eggs. She dislikes dairy, feels nauseous from it. She never ate meat because she sold it to get money. Levels of stress in her life were always high. She barely slept. She's hardly vaccinated. She never sweated. Hardly drank any water. Didn't consume any alcohol. She did have a lot of gastrointestinal issues which prevented her from enjoying occasional meat dishes, as she claimed. A bunch of gasto operations throughout her life. She often complained of having no energy, in her mid to late 70s. When i'd cook, she always inquired what i'm using to grease the pan. I'd say i'm using 'veggie oil'. She had a very confused look when hearing that answer, but trusted that in these modern times people know how to do it the right, better way. Also grandma was never on any medications until about 92, when her mental status declined and she had to have some procedures for the heart. So for the last six years she's been taking a bunch of medications, like a blood thinner aming them. She was never skinny. She eats moldy and spoiled foods.

He was talking about the rarity of love from two parents. It has become a rare occurrence sadly. My own father was raised by an amazing mother and many children do well in the world with only one parent connected in their lives but I don’t know many people my age who can honestly say both parents were truly involved in their lives. Even if divorce or death is not apart of the equation it is rare to have 2 parents really hands on and close to their children in life.

This would mean everyone who ate eggs would be Vit A toxic. Now raw egg yolk is one of the first foods introduced to baby when weaning. Even with orphaned animals who are raised on a homemade replacement formula rich in egg yolks and heavy cream are exceptionally healthy. Growth and quality in all parameters are outstanding. Far surpass that of non-orphaned animals as mum's nutrients can become deleted with pregnancy and lactation. Now if vit A was so toxic, you would think these infants would show signs of toxicity or liver disease. Cream also high in Vitamin A. I strongly disagree in separating the egg whites from the yolk as egg whites have also many beneficial and functional properties. Yes biotin deficiency is the main concern, however if egg yolks are rich in the fat soluble vitamins, choline and cholesterol, the whites are rich in the b-vitamins. B12, B1,B2, B6,B3 and what about minerals selenium, iron , calcium, manganese and yes that mineral we are all deficient in Magnesium. But there is more. So I would not throw the baby out with the bath water just yet. Eggs are a complete food. Mother nature packaged it just right. However, she didn't count on humans being retarded in thinking they could do a better job than she.😢

Actually neither of these two men are on the right track. Food definitely plays a certain part in our health but not the main one. Emotions due to events in our lives and bad reactions to them are a much bigger cause. Read the book None of these Diseases by S.I. McMillen, M.D. 1963 Fleming H. Revell Company and consider his insights.

Eating all those carbs and a 0.4 insulin level? I would have thought only a carnivore could have a level that low.

Well he just told us he has very low insulin. Typically, type 1 diabetics make no insulin or very little. They have a hard time keeping weight on. Maybe the reason he changed his stance on carbs and fruit. Remember, when he promoted no more than 15 grams of fructose a day. Scared the heeby jeebies out of us on eating fruit. It seems he discovered Dr Peat's work after Peat died and now embracing fruit. 😮 Wish Josh would have pressed him on this. Why did he change his stance on fruit? He never mentioned any of Peat's work when Peat was alive. I also disagree on boiling bones for more than 4hrs. There is no need to pressure cook for 4 hrs. Gentle simmer for 4 hrs is sufficient and extracting at lower temps better than higher temps.
