Great video! Loved the editing 😂 Another interpretation of the snap kick and punch: Use the kick as a knee strike, like you did, but continue to use the kicking motion to either reap the inside or outside of the leg, in combination with the "punch" as perhaps more of a push/palm strike, to affect a ko-uchi-gari or ō-soto-gari

On my app, I never understood what High Block was good for since it seemed so impractical. Especially in walking stance but they never paired it up with anything. But I'm still only in the White belt section. Maybe that'll change in the other belts when they add more combos.

I’m afraid right now my hip is rotten. In fact I have avoided those for years because of my hip injury 😢 Right now it’s extra rotten haha. Thanks for asking though.

You're also forgetting to mention when you do a high block you need to angle your arm at an angle not straight across your forehead because the chances are your arm can be broken. You want it at an angle so when the punch comes down is slides down your arm and away from your body you forget to say that it would be nice for you to mention that.

That depends, how much does he pay? Normally I charge $50 an hour to beat someone with a whip and $75 an hour for heavier objects like crowbars. Has your dad been into beatings for awhile?
