Hi Peter. I'm two years in now and at break even. I've made every mistake in the book (even though I told myself I never would 😂). With the help of your videos (some of the ladder videos on repeat) I'm slowly beginning to see the move (or anticipate it) before it happens. Thanks for your comments. What you are seeing is best price execution. Your bet will only be matched at the current odds or better. If you want to trigger as a specific price you will need to create a little bit of automation to do so. Some examples on the forum.

Hi Peter, you really the best of UK trader for me, serious etc. Can I ask you? I'm a scalper in tennis. I do some profit. If you do the rules it's easy. Anyway I would try and learn pre race scalp. For me e the real trade. What do you think I risk and try to scalp new market? Or I continue for what I know trade?

Thanks for your kind words! It's great to hear that you're finding success as a scalper in tennis. As for trying out pre-race scalping, it's always a good idea to expand your horizons and learn new strategies but you should do it slowly while you get familiar with things. For example if you scalp on high quality competitive handicap races on a Saturday, you will get a much better chance of success.

I remember from an other video a few years back you said with inplay trading that returns are unequally distributed but with pre off entry the returns are equally distributed. Does this mean that if you enter pre off, your returns should really correlate to the percentage chance implied by the odds you enter at? So you break even. If you enter inplay do you break even or because returns are unequally distributed, you’ll deviate far from the implied percentage chance of the odds that you’ll have extreme winning runs or losing runs?. I ask as I’m looking at fixed liability goal strategies in football entering at HT. let’s say odds of over 4.5 goals at HT is 6.4 thus 15.6% chance of winning. If you do this trade 100 times should you expect to break even minus commission? Then whether you make a profit will be determined by match selection, knowing when to trade out after a goal or letting profits run?

Hi, Yes, you have that spot on. It's refreshing to hear somebody take on and use the advice correctly. If you bet or trade that matched at HT, in theory, you should break even as you say. We have a new feature in Bet Angel for the next football season that should help your match selection.

Agreed Mark, I’ve never been able to master football. Cricket is where the success has been for me. Understanding why the price moves is so much easier than it is in any other sport. I find I can sit on my hands for weeks until an opportunity comes along and when it does it’s almost always free money

I'm completely lost on your comments. I've no idea what you are trying to do or why. I also run automated strategies through Bet Angel and have done so for nearly 20 years. Last night the one I ran on the evening racing doubled its money. I can't remember off the top of my head how many races it traded but maybe 30-40ish? I trade manually and automatically. I've been doing this for many years, more than most and quit a decent job to do it. It's not made up or anything, I thought most people knew that?

So if you can't do that, you may want to move onto one of the many channels here with people who have an opinion but don't back it up with real money. Plenty of those people to have a go at.
