My GSA came with these tires on it when I bought it. My first impression was they feel wobbly and skittish as heck on hard surfaces. It was spooky to me for the first three rides. I had a 400 mile trip home when I bought the bike. After the first week I never noticed it again. On dirt and transitioning from pavement to dirt or gravel these tires rock. Ultra stable with huge amounts of traction. They are great tires for dirt and off road adventures. Oh yeah one last thing. Buy some ear plugs if you plan on riding on pavement. They are very loud on pavement. They are hellishly loud from 70-80mph. I can’t hear my Cardo comms unit at max volume if I’m going more than about 40 mph. My only gripe is they wear out kinda quick. I’m right at 4,000 miles and they’re right at the wear bars front and back. I’ve ordered a set of motor tractionator gps tires to replace them. They’ll be fitted in the 50/50 on road/off-road configuration and not the 80/20 config. The GPS tires have a great reputation for handling AND mileage. I talked to several folks at the 50TH BMW MOA Rally in Virginia this year that told me they were getting 8,000-15,000 miles on a set of Tractionator GPS tires. BTW, it’s pronounced MO-TOZ like the kingdom of Oz, not moto-z. Oz is slang for Australia.

ive got the Motoz Adventure tyres on my spare wheels for off roading, the Motoz GPS are the best on road and handle well off road as well, i use the michelin road 6 most of the time and i know what you mean about other tires they feel sketchy on dirt, makes a massive difference having off road tires, off road i let my tires down to 30 psi front and 35 psi rear makes a bigger step again in feeling more planted, you can go lower

I have about 4k on mine mounted on an 890 ADV R, but with a Dual Venture front. I love the rear, but the DV front likes to wander a bit at speed (more aggressive then the Tractionator ADV front). As its worn down its gotten much better. Great tires and I'm impressed at the mileage I've gotten out of both. As it stands I'm almost 50/50 dirt to street these days.

I have a couple of tractionator GPS mounted on my 1250 GSA and I like them a lot, but I would like to try out something a bit more dirt oriented Quick question: On the highway the Motoz Adventure are good or way to loud? Do they vibrate? and how long do they last? My GPS have 11.000 kms (7k miles) and I think they will last another 3k kms more......no more than that wich is around 9k miles tops Thanks!

If you feel uneasy, stand up. Go around a corner and give it some gas to slide the rear tire a bit. Keep doing that until you feel comfortable sliding that rear end until you feel like a flat tracker. I live the Black Hills, SD and love taking my GS out on the trails and going sideways around the corners. I have a F800GS so a little lighter but it's all the same. BTW, you will drop your bike going off road. If you don't, your're not riding hard enough.

If you haven't already, the reinforcement bars for the OEM "protection" bars that come one the GSA are a must. They don't do well unsupported. You will likely drop your bike, especially as you get into more technical offroad. My 15 GS and my KTM had a few battle scars. But drops are becoming rarer for me as my skillset increases.

I am wandering myself if I should get rid right away the Anakee adv tires that came on my Trophy GSA for either the Motoz GPS or go with the Anakee wilds. Arizona is fun to ride around. Ride safe brother take care from Az🌵🌵🫡🇺🇸

Loving the content @motobeemer ! Did you notice any difference in the seat height of the bike between the stock Michelins, the Dunlops, and these Motoz's? My last bike was an F750GS, I noticed my reach to the ground was at least 1/2" higher when I went from the stock Michelins to the Trailmax Missions on it. Looking for new tires for my 1250GSA now and wanted to consider seat height as one factor.

Hmm now that you mention it, when I went from the Michelin's to the Dunlop's that is when I made the decision to lower my seat height because my reach was diminished. Going to the Moto Z's I think it's about the same as the Dunlop's. Thanks for the kind words on the content, I'm pumping out as much good / relevant stuff as I can!
