Very interesting and actually informative. The ball striking is well beyond me, but those stretches are in my bag for sure. The very real presentation by the three of you kept me watching to the end. Great vid.

The timing needed to hit the balls straight time after time is truly impressive.

Great video! Who makes that resistance band that Seb is using during his warmup?

He’s is shorter thus more slack in the elastic on the takeaway drill… take up the slack and the muscles will engage sooner to allow the loading to right leg.

Is this even a legal swing? His left leg is swinging around. With this kinda swing, why not just make it so the left leg doesnt even have to have contact with the ground in the initial back swing? It’s almost like a baseball swing.

Definitely legal. The left leg moving off is a consequence of him pushing down so hard into the ground with that leg so it jumps off, paired with hip rotation. That actually transfers the energy out to the club head. Imagine snapping a towel, you pull back at the last second to have the energy move forward.

Try it.... just jump strong with your left leg when hitting the ball. At first you will hook it, bad hooks. If you manage to send it straight you will gain notable distance the strong your leg is therefore the stronger you jump.
