I had no idea how much I needed this. It's like stretching and massaging from the inside, and in places I didn't know were so tight. Bre you guided beautifully. Will be doing this once a week. Thanks, Bre and Flo for these joint mobility classes, and for educating us on why we need it.

I have played soccer since I was 5 years old and since then I have always had tight hip flexor. The more I run, I feel my hip flexor get tighter. My athletic trainer NEVER showed me these types of movements. doing the routine just once i can already feel some relief. Brea you are a beast! My body has open so much since I started watching you guys a year ago!

I have never felt this in my hip joints before, wow! I have been practicing your yoga for a year now and it has helped fix my sciatica, and plantar fasciitis! As well as helping loosen my hip flexors! I've lost mobility in my left hip joint when I try to move my leg forward and out, nothing has seemed to help and I was wondering if I would have to see a PT. However, after this I can feel it opening up and I feel like I am already gaining mobility back! Thank you so much I will continue practicing this at least weekly thank you so much Bre and Flo for all of your content ❤

Realy love all youre videos, was searching for this kind off channel for almost 2 years and finaly found it. As specialy the mobility training does a lot for me that was very difficult to find the good explanation were to put the hands and feet in a good position that is key. I had a burnout for more than a year and that wrecked my body aswell and had more trouble recovering from that and stil are , but since I discoverd youre channel for about a week now i notice a great differnce in my body that says thq . So from my body and mind a greatfull thx. I am a member off the wolfpack now:) Awesome job guys !!!!

@LucilleInTheSky13 жыл бұрын
Hi, guys, thank you for all you do! I have one question, hope you can help me. I am struggling with the concept of rest lol At the beginning of this video you said that we should not do this randomly on our rest day. I understand why this specific video is not for a rest day, as it is taxing for the joints as you explained. But on my rest days, in the morning I have to stretch a little bit and move my joint a bit in all directions because I wouldn't be able to function otherwise. Can you tell me your opinion what is ok to do on a rest day? What kind of movement is still considered to be restful for the muscles and joints?

Is it normal to get cramps in the oblique muscles when trying to do the ankle/leg lifts? I lean back more to relieve the cramps, but I don't know if that is lessening the proper effect of the exercise.

I did the best I could but I couldn't lift my leg at all on my right side. On my left I was able to a couple of inches. Hoping this improves my duck feet when walking or running.

@BreatheAndFlow3 жыл бұрын
30 minutes in the morning and in the evening is a great start, or whatever fits your need. know thst "being in shape" requires more than just moving your body: diet, sleep, stress levels, medication and other preexisting illnesses all affect this subject.
