I told you you didn't have any problems with that little slope. Be sure they will make your fence wall foundation deeper by that stream. I can't wait to see the journey, but please, bring us longer videos. These 8-and 10-minute videos are not going to cut it, young lady, no sah.

@Mz.BahamianGoddess Those who thinks 10 minutes is long, let them watch it in 1.25 speed. If your content is boaring, then 10 mins would seem like 10 mins would seem alot, but if content is interesting and captivating, anything under 20 mins is short.

Yeah, I told you it would work out for you and that you had to level it. Please there are some black americans I am friends with on twitter and they are thing of relocating to Ghana to buy land. I want to recommend you to help them out to avoid being scammed. As for the Accra, Central and some few parts of the country land scam is a problem. For Volta and Northern region scamming is almost non existent because we don't tolerate that nonsense. I want customer satisfaction so I will let them know about your consulting services.

Please. Why you buy water land ? And will give you problems in future. Water will soak under your house. Then you will come online to complain about ghana. Royal kingdom have plenty level land with no problem and you bought a water land.

Hi.. Well, I didn't not know it was a water log when I purchased in the States sight unseen. Based on RKE land design I was not supposed to be that close to the stream. Yes, RKE do have other levels land and they did swapped out one of my plot that was defiantly in the water log. I have issues with the water log but all that can be worked around with proper building. since why I have added more dirt to level my land higher thank the stream.
