$5000 🇺🇸 would be great in Ghana 🇬🇭 for vacation i wouldn’t dear try to live off of $5000 i know that cedis equal more but still anyway one thing i know for sure is the ppl that was strained and made it back to the 🇺🇸 at least they had an adventure and that is priceless by the way i’m listening to this video and i am thinking you must have money written on your forehead no offense i’m just heartbroken by the amount of ppl who had to come to you

I must ask the million dollar question. Are these prices including everything we see in the video in reference to the 90k and 105k single family homes. Example: Windows, doors, appliances, wall outlets, ceiling fans, complete bathrooms with fixtures etc.

We definitely need more opportunities like this. Maybe this could be my next purchase in the future! The owner-financing edge is a slam dunk, love that. I don’t know why other developers don’t take this approach with a sizeable down-payment, longer terms and them also “being the bank” by financing their buyers. Glad we’re finally seeing it though!!!

It’s a gated community with 24hrs security. But just like every other place. Still need to be mindful of thieves. So putting up cameras and alarms won’t be a bad idea

Paying 1 year rent upfront for rent is ridiculous. Why is the Ghanaian government still allowing that nonsense. It should be 3 months rent upfront and no more. But 1-year? I would never pay it. Foreigners need to be mindful of their spending in Ghana, because all you are doing is making life much more difficult for the average Ghanaian by driving the cost of rent and the cost of goods and services up. At 17:07 2,000 Cedis a month for Internet? What type of internet? Fiber Optic broadband? And do you get unlimited data usage for that price? But 2,000 a month for Internet is madness. 1,000 Cedis a month on food is good though.
