In my mind, the recent Superbowl Ad featuring Billy, Gizmo, Billy's daughter, and her Mowgli served as a PERFECT teaser trailer for what Gremlins 3 could be.

I actually thought the show was brutal with some gnarly death scenes. And it definitely ended with the possibility of a sequel, while also ending like a mini series

Thank God they came together for Scream 4? I found 4 to be the weakest entry. Before the hallway mark I knew who the killers were.
