This is a dumb noob question but I was taken by surprise, it's been a while since I've visited here. I've seen you can only use sphagnum moss for VFTS and carnis in general, but yours look really happy in some kind of potting mix. What do you recommend?

They do well in peat moss perlite and silica sand mix

Straight peat moss is ok, peat moss and perlite is even better. Peat moss and sand fits in the middle

Just make your own. Plain perlite and peat moss with no fertilizers added to it is just fine. Even just peat is fine. You can also use sphagnum moss which is also commonly found
