YALL! if you want to be able to put things wherever you want them go into the settings, accessibility, and select allow items anywhere! this will however remove the puzzle aspect of the game entirely. but i greatly prefer to play the game this way

I'm an artist making my short film for college. When it showed her doodles of her characters, later they were on illustrations and in the last house she had a published book and pictures with frames with his characters, I really cried cause I was so proud of a fictional character.

I literally cried when I was unboxing on the last level and I was in the baby’s room and the pig stuffie came out of one of the boxes 😭 this game is so sweet.

This one is really a great relaxing puzzle game, although I was a bit frustrated on the 3rd level of the game because there's an item that literally has no space to put it down. Until finally I found it, and after I finished the game and later seeing the replays, it just hit me how great the story telling is outside the traditional story telling. This game can be frustrating at times, mostly because for me there's an item that's pretty foreign to me (I never see a coffee bean in a bag before, so I didn't know what that was. For example) or there's an unknow reason why the item can't be in that location until after you place it on the right spot. But that is also the charm of the game. The game at first seemingly only a puzzle without any story, but as you dive deeper into the levels, into the boxes, you can see some sort of a scenario is playing about just by pulling the items. You seen the dolls, later on the years you can see the same dolls but tattered and dirty, and many other stuffs. Overall, Unpacking is a very relaxing puzzle game that is worth your time to try it out and take your time with it. There are a lot of interaction that you can do that is not seen my playthrough, and there are multiple achievements that's hidden in the game. I highly highllly recommend Unpacking. Go get it in whatever platform you can get it from!

if you watch till the end of the level I figured it out. Answer: Not all the pictures is to be pinned to the board. There's 1 picture that's 'old', that our player (the person we unpacking the stuffs) doesn't want to see anymore, and so the game tells you to place the picture/photo elsewhere. Great subtle story telling.

Yeah it was so annoying. I hadn’t even played this game before watching this, and I managed to figure out where most of the things go easily, while they struggled a lot with it. When they were trying to place the diploma on the fourth level I just skipped it because it’s obviously supposed to go under the bed to make it clear that the boyfriend doesn’t care about the woman’s achievments. It was annoying but still fun to watch.
