I would have been really interested to hear their perspectives on protecting their kids’ privacy. Hearing people like Jess and Gabe and Milena Ciciotti share why they don’t show their kids’ faces in their videos it makes so much sense to me- young kids and babies don’t have a say in whether or not they’re in a video.

I think they touched on this when referring to “family vlogging”, Coles response was that the good definitely outweighs the bad, and YES there absolutely is abuse in the Hollywood/child acting world but it doesn’t HAVE to be that way, and their goal is to be that change.

@@taraleasure Sorry, I could clarify, I meant that in terms of “using their kids for content”, they have stated they have individual accounts for each of their children that they put money into, and that their children are basically set for life. They will be able to go and do whatever they want in the world(like Everleigh being a dance teacher regardless of the pay) because her parents have set her up for life, and not have to worry about working a crappy job just to make ends meet - Whereas in Hollywood there are very few laws protecting children’s earned money etc so of course some parents abuse that, and then the child ends up having nothing or very little when they become an adult.

Yes, i have a huge distaste for them. I get all their explanations, but it’s not enough to make all the stuff they have done, go away or make me have a better understanding of them. I do understand how upsetting negative comments can be but so many of us love and support you guys and we like to interact with you guys. I WILL say the Labrant Family seems the same as they are on KZbin as they are in person. I’ve never met them or spoke to them but I have ran into them somewhere recently and I didn’t say hi to just be respectful and give them space while out with their family and they seemed the same personality wise. I have to say I’ve watched every episode and look forward to each one but this one made me hesitant. I used to watch Cole and Sav for a long time but fell out of it. I originally wasn’t going to watch this episode but figured yknow what I love Matt and Abby let me just try it and I am SO glad that I did. I think not only was this just a great podcast but one of the most genuine relaxed times I’ve seen Cole and Sav. I loved every minute of this and again just think these podcasts specifically ones with other creators are so great and helpful to see this side of them as people vs. content creators.

I actually completely agree with deleting negative comments. No need to give publicity to hate. Our culture seems to think it’s ok to say horrible things to people online (things you would very likely not say to their face). I hope we continue to get kinder. My two favorite family/couple channels! I’m 17 but have kind of grown up watching Cole and Savannah. I love their family and really look up to them and the way they’re family dynamic is. I just recently got into watching you guys, and your story and found it very entertaining and inspiring as well! You 4 are a great reminder that pure, real, genuine, love exists. Also it’s always great to watch people who’ve lived longer than you have, and learn from their experiences while also having a laugh. Always a great time! My sister and brother-in-law waited for marriage... they met when she was 12 and he was 15! They started liking each other at about 14 and 17, and dating at 16 and 19. They were long distance for the next almost 4 years, and the last 2 years it was only weekly letters! They have been married for almost 20 years 😊 And ya know what makes it even more crazy? My parents have the exact. same. story. Same ages, time away, long distance, etc. Just in a different decade! And what is really wild? My grandparents were also very similar! And all are still married and so happy- but I've never seen a happier couple than my sister and brother-in-law ❤

About the ab*rtion vd, if anybody wants to know specifically how harmful that doc is, I recently watched a vd of a girl reacting to that who has background in biology, so I would recommend you all to check the ppl reacting to it😉 In addition, they also have that thing that apparently they don't let everleigh (sav's oldest) to be with her dad bc she has fame and money and whatever and the father fought for her custody but in the end decided to give it to her bc she has this mansion and financial stability whereas he lives in an apartment and lives a normal life.I know, saying it like this sounds hateful, but I saw a vd about this two years ago and my memory isn't the best😅 (there are vds of trustworthy drama channels and maybe even commentary youtubers who talk about this)

Honestly this podcast is the one that made me stop watching you guys. With all the controversy around this family, I don’t understand why you would have them as a guest. They have allegedly abused their children, Cole tweeted that he was sexually interested in a 3 year old and they are openly anti abortion in the most dangerous and spiteful way possible. It’s honestly such a shame to see you guys promoting this. They have explicitly exploited their children for money and fame, is that really the image you want to portray for your family channel? More and more I’m starting to notice that perhaps Abby is just a closeted christian anti abortion hero too. Shame.

Cole seems so prideful like with lots of ego. AND HE DOESN'T EVEN LET HIS WIFE TALK. She looks so submitted. See, being a kid actor it's different from the Truman show you have placed your kids into. Singing or acting it's REGULATED. (The amount of hours, the holidays, the money) They are protected by law AND they are playing a part. Your kids work 24/7. And their job is exposing their REAl LIFES. Adult reality shows only last what it last. Your kids life it's a never ending reality show. A lifetime reality show. Their interactions with their siblings, you have even recorded yourselves giving important talks to your oldest. Cam you imagine the world whatchig thw typical awkward talks your parents give you during pre-puberty? We will see what psychological consecuences your kids will have on their adults years + those scary clickbaits using your kids. It's Terrifying honestly

The dishonesty is what really gets me. When they "pranked" Everlee with purple paint.... Everylee was in the mirror watching them fill the bottle. And it's a purple shampoo...it's supposed to be purple so she wouldn't have freaked out. She would have just assumed it was shampoo. Also... who let's thier child use purple shampoo. It's bad for hair. And they put the paint in her. It was too obvious. So why don't they apologize for that mess. That was a lie. Christians don't do that.

I'm not even a fan of the Labrants, but i feel like its necessary to say that Christians do lie because everyone sins and no one is perfect. Also the purple paint video I'm sure was scripted and just something fun they or Everleigh wanted to film for entertainment or because it would be fun; they definitely knew you can see Everleigh in the mirror but left it to push the point that the video was a joke. You wouldn't say a TV show was "dishonest" because it was scripted. Just like a scripted video would not be "dishonest", it is meant for entertainment and not to be taken seriously!
