I would love to see some coverage of the new Gruul Prowess list, that has been performing well in Challenges recently. It's an aggro deck with lots of card draw built into it.

I've seen many a video where this deck pops off, to the point of it influencing my deck building for RCQs. Those versions though went all in on the enablers for consistency with very little interaction. But as you saw in the early games, you need several specific cards in the top 12 or the deck does nothing. And because of the various Aftermath Analyst decks, people have instant speed graveyard hate like Unlicensed Hearse or Kutzil's Flanker that also hose this deck. And I disagree about the effectiveness of Hearse over Flanker. Although Hearse is reusable graveyard hate, it's easier to play around because it has to be in play and it only gets 2 cards a turn. Yes they can restock the graveyard after a Flanker, but a well timed wipe slows them down considerably. Also, Duress and Negate are commonly sideboarded cards which Flanker dodges and Hearse does not. Add in that Flanker isn't embarrassing in aggro matchups where it can gain 2 scry 2 and trade with an attacker.

Would love to see a UW artifact list. One of my favorite archetypes

So is this even better than the version with beseech the mirror for redundancy?

He played modern age on the wrong turn, needed the discard effect a turn later to reenact the crime

if you don’t have the Reenact the Crime, what’s wrong with looting there? I don’t think you had a counterspell until T3

i don't prefer these "if 10 diff things go right for you then this deck is good" decks. i'd rather just play all good cards.

Jeez watching Arne play is painful I thought this dude was a pro player literally in almost every video I watch of his he plays so bad

Firstly, remember he's probably playing the deck for the first time in these games and even the best players need some reps with the deck before they play it well. Secondly, it's way easier to see mistakes when you're not playing the game yourself. Try it, record some of your games and watch them a week later, you'll see a lot of missed oportunities and mistakes in your own plays. Thirdly, Arne is truly good at the game, go look some of his achievements, he is a pro player and a good one at that. This is not up to debate.

Maybe he'll take you up on the offer if you want to play on stream?

Seeing him play, make mistakes and explain them in real time is what I like most about his videos. It’s authentic
