No, actually, after UT 99, Xan had to retire for 1 season to be redesigned as Xan Mark II, which is the new Xan model from UT 2004

Yep, so long story short: Axon was a human in a Cybernetic power suit. Then, Liandri used Axon's power suit design to recreate Xan Kriegor for UT2004's season, enhancing him completely.

Xan in UT 1999 jumps around arena and dodges all your shit. Xan in UT 2004 cutscenes just chiiling and walking. But, to be honest, he still running around and killing like crazy in UT 2004 actual gameplay.

I don't think Xan is human. I quote from Liandri Archives: Xan may have been created in a robot factory on the asteroid LBX-7683 in the Erican Cluster, where he functioned as a mining robot built by the Liandri Mining Corporation. In 2283 Xan led the LBX-7683 Robot Uprising in which several robots turned against the humans on the asteroid, prompting Liandri to send in a tactical squad to quell the rebellion. Xan was captured and resisted several memory wipes but was eventually reprogrammed.

There´s another rumor that Xan might be a Skaarj that suffered severe damage then he reconstruct himself as a robot... I dont know if its true but that could explain some of his abilities...

Clandlord and the Skaarj will face you in the last few levels on your second playthrough (after beating the game and unlocking Malcom). If on your third playthrough, Xan and The Corrupt will advance to the final rounds instead (After unlocking Malcom and Clanlord).

I tried, but when I choose a mission, it does nothing. Ooh, and, it's DEMO. I don't know why? Because, when it was DEMO, I installed a patch that makes it to FULL VERSION. Ok, so, I enter the game, I go to JOIN GAME and it redirects me to NEWS. I read the UPDATE NEWS, and it says " UNREAL TOURNAMENT 2004 DEMO BETA " Why it's BETA ??? I think my version was TOO MUCH compressed... :-??

Hey guys i was just wondering if someone could help me with a problem im having i found my old copy of UT99 and downloaded it to my comp. everything works great! except that im having trouble playing online i understand there arent dedicated servers anymore but there are people still playing cause when i Ping the servers multiple games come up and when i try and enter one it say Connnection Failed just wondering why that is thanks :) and if someone could help me get online it would be great :)
