most of the oldhammer aesthetic doesn't do much for me, but I almost tumblenerded out of my chair when that toad got split in twain to fit on the 25x50 base... I think I just like weird, funny stuff, and that really tickled me. And your enthusiasm for this kind of old, whacky, hand sculpted art is infectious. In the same way that hearing someone explain the significance and history of a certain model of car makes you appreciate that car, even if you mightn't have thought it particularly beautiful prior to the explanation...

When you first started your little nurgle warband I am pretty sure I commented that caravan would be a good fit, the full circus fitted well with that old style, fun to see it, along with other jaycee sculpts getting hacked up and stuck back together! And I spot the head of my vulture! Sculpted by phil of bears head miniatures!!!

Holy crap man, your production is awesome. Even if someone has zero interest in what you are talking about, the video itself is amazing. The part where you go from video to watching on an edit screen to video to watching on a screen with crap on it so you know without a doubt you are watching a monitor is pure brilliance and COMPLETELY unnecessary to communicate the story, but makes it so much more awesome. Everything is so dynamic, and you are talking to ME, not a camera, not an audience - I feel am right there with you. I'm embarrassed that you put more effort into a shot of you walking into your workshop and explaining what you are doing than it feels I put into an entire project. I had to re-watch this just to soak in the shots, transitions and editing, and will probably watch it again. Oh yeah, your army is pretty cool too 🙂
