In the Chinese village there are centuries of cooking knowledge past down from generations. The flavours are so rich and just goes so well together. No matter how much you feel the surroundings are not that sophisticated but Chinese people can cook. They focus more on living than material things.

Thank you for this video. It reminds .e of the food cooked by my cousins at home in xiamen, fujian province. My grandma also cooked pork intestines we with lotus roots, and the famous duck soup using the bones and the duck meat cooked with tofu, spices and beans. I miss our visits to china

They butcher the ducks the same as in Thailand with a cleaver and you have this absolutely delicious land mine of bone fragments to deal with while you are trying your best to swallow all the tasty food. :) It has been awhile sir and I do hope your trip is amazing as is all your life sir.

Tofu is super delicious, I pay $4 U.S. Dollars for one pound at the supermarket. I put in the microwave for 2 minutes and eat all of it
