The latex is so great! I had one of the memory foam ones and loved it for 6 years, then just a little while ago got a new one with the latex...it's even better. And keeps my pillow cool all night! There are a million and one ways to trouble shoot until you find the best way to sleep on the pillow for you, especially while you adjust to having your spine properly aligned (since so many people have horrible sleep position for their whole lives!). I needed some help at first and both of the owners were in contact with me regularly until I found the way I needed to use it ❤

@@ehmekay Now, your previous (insulting and nasty) comment makes more sense to me. You should have stuck with this more positively toned one and might have actually fooled me. You do have a personal stake in this business whether you're a customer with a personal connection or a business owner who has manufactured these comments altogether. I have to admit I'm leaning toward the latter, given the commercial-sounding nature of even this comment. I was hoping when I saw the first few words here that they had a new model that corrected the problems I bring up in the video, but this this is just disappointing.

Great question! I got up the courage to start cutting my $180 Juverest into a different shape and am experimenting with that (I'll post a video soon hopefully). I've also ordered a device that is usually used for physical therapy but may work for this; I plan to do a video on that as well. Thank you for asking! I'm glad to know I'm not walking this journey alone lol.

Thanks for the review about it not working. But the rant about return costs is so silly. You had no clue that returning a huge pillow would cost major money? Have you never mailed anything before?

I'm glad I could help you by sharing my experience. My qualm was not with the shipping cost itself; it was with the deceptive marketing. This may have changed since, but when I bought the pillow, the company promised a 100% money-back guarantee with no fine print. Also, in their return instructions (I forget exactly, but it's in the video), they said to do such and such to avoid such and such fee. I followed their instructions and was still hit with that enormous cost.

I almost bought the envy pillow and I am so glad you posted this video before I did! I am also a side sleeper and have not found anything yet that works. Please keep us updated. I would love to know what ends up working for you!

lol welcome to life of doing business in Canada, you get screwed on shipping. Just be glad you don't LIVE in Canada, our options are much more limited because the exchange rate from Canadian to US dollars screws us, then we get brutalized on the duty, too.

Thank you so much! The vast majority of skin "aging" is actually sun damage. I work really hard at protecting myself from that, which is why I don't want my pillow undoing all my efforts😭

...so you didn't follow the instructions that they are VERY CLEAR about to ensure it does what it's meant to do...didn't connect with them to troubleshoot....and now you're screeching about them being a scam because of shipping costs that have nothing to do with them? Shame on you! This is a small Canadian, women owned and run business that doesn't deserve this type of review. I myself have used the pillow for 7 years and it has all but eliminated my back and neck pain from a serious injury. Youre deterring people that really need the support and spinal alignment this pillow offers because you're mad that you "didn't like" something. Yeesh. "If you appreciate honesty..." ...gross. calling the hundreds and hundreds of people that love this product and share authentically liars? This is a really disappointing video and I hope the people that watch it do a little more looking into it than you did.

1. This is advertised primarily as a "beauty pillow" that's supposed to protect you from skin damage due to sleeping. IIRC, I think I even said in the video that it WOULD be great if you were just looking for the comfort factor (spinal alignment and such). 2. I'm not sure what "instructions" you're talking about. I used it as they instruct you to use it at first, and that DID NOT WORK, which is why I then tried other strategies (this makes me wonder if you actually watched this whole video and ensured your reply was tailored to my video. Given your defensiveness about it being a Canadian women-owned company yada yada, it sounds like maybe this is a copy-paste comment you're putting on any critical videos or social media posts). They also gave specific instructions to avoid customs fees or whatever they're called, I FOLLOWED them to a tee, and they did NOT work. 3. I contacted customer service about the issues before I sent it back, and the response was a robotic, condescending regurgitation of their website, which I'd already read inside and out. I don't know what more "troubleshooting" you think I should have done with them. They TOLD me following their instructions for return would avoid fees, and their lack of transparency does not have "nothing to do with them". Being upfront with customers about *total* return costs would be the honest thing here. 4. I "didn't like" something? If you're referring to the fact that their "natural antiaging" (see their website) schtick and sponsoring of SKINCARE (not joint/bone care) influencers are deceitful, then yeah, I don't "like" that. 5. I never called the "hundreds and hundreds of people that love this product and share authentically" liars. I believe (I haven't rewatched the video) I questioned the honesty of influencers who claim this pillow does what it's advertised to do and eagerly encourage you to buy it for antiaging purposes, usually with their sponsored links. I do apologize if I wasn't that specific. I know I said that it probably IS great for people who just want the comfort and alignment you speak of. But the very fact that you talk about "hundreds and hundreds of people...who share authentically)" adds to my suspicion that you are not actually a customer. I did inform them that I'd be making a video about this debacle, and they must have finally found it. 6. "What I did"? 🙄What precisely did I do? I honestly can't take this comment seriously. I'm only writing this reply on the off-chance that you are a real customer. In that case, go online and see how this pillow is actually advertised. It is advertised for antiaging/skincare/beauty, not injury recovery or musculoskeletal health. To use your word, "yeesh".

They're actually WONDERFUL! Because of the materials the pillows are made from, they can be completely sterilized, repackaged, and then they're all donated to the local women's shelter. This review is pretty cringey, and it's unfortunate because the pillow has helped me with my neck and back pain a TREMENDOUS amount for the last 7 years, and we need to be supporting small, women run and owned businesses now more than ever ❤
