I'm so happy for you Theresa! Good sleep is so important. I will have to check it out. Yes a give a way would be sweet! Also a pillow in front to rest your arm on and one between your knees to keep hips in line can also greatly improve your sleep. Bob and Brad two Physical Therapist You Tubers talk about good sleep positioning and it has changed my sleep (you would enjoy them). I stay in my side sleep position now no tossing and turning, and my hip pain is gone. I always remember loving my Grandma's down pillows. I did have an inexpensive one that lasted several years and I loved it. I'm not sure why I never bought another other than the cost and what if it isn't all that and a bag of chips. Hello T , we have something very in common. Chronic sleep disorder but with chronic anxiety disorder. So getting a well rested night doesn't come easy. It has gotten worse since my husband had lost his battle to cancer in November. I agree with you , putting investment into a pillow , it must be worth and do what it promises. The shape of these pillows are great but the quality is pretty poor , especially for the price. I honestly do not think it will last really long . Also , I had it for two weeks and it smells terrible. I wonder if the smell will ever go away :(

Theresa the pillow looks great keep us up date for a couple of months. Is there any guarantee on these pillows? You always help us out I would like to share a tip with you when your hot flashes get bad which mine use too I purchased a "Chilly Towel" it is a Hyper-evaporating material towel, it gets in the 100% here in Calif, and I still have to do yard work and with hot flashes ugh, a friend told me about this towel I went to Walmart and I can't tell you the relief it brings, jet wet it squeezes out the water amazing you put it around your neck your clothes stay completely dry and the towel is wet it stays cool it is wonderful, try it. I promise it will make a difference. I know I got side tracked sorry but I know how miserable it can get. It will help, just try it I have been using mine for a year best under $10.00 purchase I ever made. Let me know if you try it then you can share it with everyone.
