I don't think they actually took the time to watch the video. Instead they had an AI watch it and determine it and then again had it reviewed again by the same AI. Thats why the second time it claimed it had nudity because the AI is not a person and doesn't actually know the difference between vulgarity and nudity...which is a problem.

wonder if the "sex and nudity" is something as small as a misclick from whoever reviewed it or if this is a decision that someone genuinely made. I think videos should be under peer review so its not just down to one person to make decisions like this, it should be 2 or 3, it'd make things more consistent for sure

Also I think it should be said, the age restriction doesn't only block minors, it blocks any user who's not logged in and even if you are logged in you may not be able to watch the video. I'm 29 and I have no access to age restricted videos because I refuse to give some very personal informations to youtube/google.

If your video gets age restricted because of language: 1. delete the video 2. censor the swears or mute the audio clips 3. re-upload the video 4. profit Almost all KZbin moderation is done by AI bot programs! Because the company doesn't have to pay computers money to do the job. Paying humans to do it takes profit out of the pockets of the company owners.

KZbin's Staff is legitimately Corrupt. They are way too biased and cant take an L at all. Their team did not help at all when little me got a copyright claim when I had a song put out that just had a sample that sounded similar to the song I posted. But I got milked for that money and KZbin didnt do shit (I dont even make money btw.) TL;DR, I genuinely feel like KZbin is a massive scam and I hate them for it.

I mean, without knowing the guy's channel at all. I can imagine the demographic leans heavily towards underage viewers, and if he just goes on a 30 second F bomb rant in the middle, I can see why it would be age restricted. I don't think many parents would like to take their children to a kids movie and halfway through being confronted with a 30 second profanity laced dialogue. If you know your demographic is heavily underage and you depend on their views for income, maybe don't do shit that can jeopardize that? With that being said, that nudity reply was hilariously bad.
