Such a blessing to live so close by, and be able to train here every session. Alan has really done a lot for the community here in Sacramento, making all of this equipment accessible for anyone who wants to join, and he even has free Strongman Saturday open to the public every weekend. The coolest thing is that you'll see a 300+ pound monster deadlifting 500+ pounds, then on the next platform, you'll see someone in their 60's pressing a log overhead! It's by far the most inclusive and supportive atmosphere I've ever seen at a gym.

It's just a sheet or two of ply and some rubber mats. Why would you need a video, just go buy that shit and start lifting on it. You can either screw the sheets into the floor, or screw a border that holds the sheets in place into the floor (or neither, just whack 'em down). There's also already a ton of vids on KZbin showing this and other gym DIY.
