I really hope this isn't gonna be the type of remaster that just removes or forgets details from the original like this. one I can think of that did that is the Life Is Strange Remaster, the models looked better sure, but they took out really cool details like a wall clock going backwards when you go back in time. I hope UD doesn't forget about details just because the models and lighting look cleaner lol

I also noticed that Jessicas hair goes through her neck here😭 0:25 and the moment with Mike climbing on Jess, his head goes through hers 0:40

Actually, that scene is only from the perspective of the wendigo when Jessica is in her underwear, if she doesn't undress you see the scene the same way you see it here, but yeah the trailer is full of glitches: Jessica's braid going through her neck, Mike's head going through Jessica's, the thing with the snowball, the change of Emily's expression in the last scene not being smooth at all... the trailer is just too messy and I really hope the game improves before release

I'm not particularly worried about the glitches - they've got like 5 months to sort those out. I'm more concerned about the lighting. Look at the original cabin scene - moody, sexy, ominous. The new version - apparently there's an array of stadium lighting next to the cough. Now, it's possible the scene just hasn't had a lighting pass yet, and this is all going to be fixed, because if it's an artistic choice, yikes.

Yup! But that was twenty minutes earlier, and since then he's walked around the cabin a bunch and started a fire. So his boots shouldn't have the same model they do when he jumps out into the snow for the Jessica chase.
