There was also a different song called untitled on the deluxe version of act iii so it would be confusing to not have this one distinguished

Was this recorded in the sessions for Act 2? I read somewhere that Act 2 was originally meant to be 120 minutes but some material was cut. Do you think this might have been one of the cut songs?

I had a theory a while back that this song actually fits into the story in Act V somewhere. Maybe Casey recorded it and decided not to have it in The Acts? I always pictured the Pimp/Priest singing this to a hostage Ms. Leading right before she died.

nah this is a cut act 3 song especially if you listen to the lyrics, it's about a prisoner of war being interrogated not sure if this was meant to be hunter or what but yeah
