The keychron is too expensive for what you get...if you don't care about via/qmk compatibility, then go for an akko which are normally at least 50 % cheaper.

A question: are these super high keyboards are good for your wrists without a wristband? I can see that your wrists are 5 cm above the table just to type - it looks weird and feels like it will strain your wrists quite a bit.

Proper typing technique is to float your wrists over the keyboard, your wrists shouldn't touch any surface. That being said, the standard staggered keys on a slab is suboptimal and there are better ergonomic options like the Ergodox (an ortholinear split) or the Kinesis Advantage line.

On the Boox, I'm currently looking into the Nova Air2, specifically because I can read Kindle, Nook, and any other e-reader software, I can draw with it, but mostly because I should be able to run Notion on it. In that way, I can switch to it for my evening reading, planning, and shut down, but without the blue screen issues keeping me away. That kindle can't run Notion is the thing that stops me buying it

vertical mice are honestly one of those things where if we redesigned things to be ergonomic from the start, we would be using them as the default. just like if we redesigned keyboard layouts from scratch qwerty would never be the default

If typewriters never existed and we designed computer keyboards from scratch, they'd look more like the Dactyl Manuform and using optimized layouts for every language like RTSHD for English, NEO for German, etc;

Yeah, I wouldn’t have bought one I don’t think: but after they sent it and I tried it: I think it’s a great investment! This in my view is the best quality & value option out there at moment for a smart ring. :)

Maybe I should give the mechanical keyboard a shot, I think that would be fun! My personal favorite tech accessory is my HomeFi hotspot. I didn't know what exactly to expect, but it's been super reliable and I prefer using my hotspot to insecure public networks. Thanks for the video!

8:00 I love the four macro keys, I use Discord for role-play games and semi a dedicated push to talk button. Also play shadow run so I’m able to have a ¥ symbol. I also also have a dash (-) and ™. So I’m very happy.

This is fun, I own many of these things for my work setup at home. I have the Logi Lift for traveling for work, and the large sibling the MX Vertical for my permanent setup. Handshake mice FTW. I have AfterShokz headphones, and while they’re great, they do not play well with latest iterations of Microsoft Teams… have your mic muted during a call? The Aftershokz annoyingly beep in constantly to remind you of it. I don’t have that particular model Boox tablet, but have the Tab Ultra - worth every penny!
