Man... I've been here longer than these guys? Well. We all have different experiences. I love SouthEast Asia and I love the Philippines and Thailand. The ladies just add too much stress for me. So I am done. They are beautiful but I don't need the stress. It's all about expectations. They expect you to give them the life they always wanted. But I want to live the life I always wanted. I am happiest solo. No stress... very happy... no expectations. I absolutely love it. Bonus... I don't have to ask for translations. I don't care. Another bonus... I am buying 2 kilos of rice a month not 25 kilos! I eat the food I like because I know how to cook. I don't need to be with anyone. Peace.

I was told it is not the best way to do it. Your body needs nourishing meals like a salad with a few vegetables and vitamins. I used to do that and immediately I would put the weight back on. Just change the foods you eat. Exercise is also part of the equation. I admire his determination but he should talk to a certified weight loss nutritionist. I would hate for him to do harm to himself.

@Dan-xx5jq The human body requires zero carbohydrates. Zero. Only required nutrients are saturated fats and protein. In other words.. meat and its associated fat. That’s it. Combined with fasting, it’s a win-win. Humans are not even designed to digest plant material properly.

Ive done 75 days, many 40 days fasts, and last month I just completed 25 days in an annual fast. I have some vids if youre interested. Question: how do you do carnivore and manage your diets there? Any problem?
@-goldfinger26956 ай бұрын
It's expensive for good quality beef, it comes from Brazil with no additives , fresh cut Ribeyes are 3,000 to 4,000 pesos per kilo , that's $22 to $25 per lb. A thick ribeye is 1lb. Which is 1 or 2 meals with eggs So if you do beef , your cost is say $25 to $30 per day X 30 days that's $900 So you must buy chicken, fish or fatty pork. Because the other proteins are much cheaper per lb.

Great video Paul, I have been struggling with weight as well and done the fasting. One word of caution, Gold finger said he has diabetes, I have type two as well, I noticed my blood sugar went down to 70 after 24 hour fast one time and if it goes to 50-60 you might pass out and it is dangerous. He should test regularly and make sure his blood sugar does not get too low. I enjoyed the video, it was fun. thank you
