Linh thats strange. You can turn the template library on and off at the agency level. You will need to go to the agency view, then to settings, Company menu then at the bottom there is a toggle that will turn the template library on for all subaccount. Hope that helps.

Norris yes you can. It can be done in two ways. You can upload a video to your HL media library and then add the video by choosing from the library or you can enter a link to the video like youtube or vimeo. Hope that helps.

What about failed post-schedule? How to solve it?

The social media planner has a failed tab where any posts that fail are presented. There is no notification or workflow action you can take to tell you when they fail.

How can you add music to a post? Also when you do templates it shows the ratios are wrong and not supported

The only issue with GHL is that they don't support reels on Instagram. and the way they display a post is inaccurate compared to Meta Business suite lets say for example. Still lots of work to do it seems like on their end. Still a good social planner though.
