Make it extra risky by wrapping books two and three of a series and if you unwrap book three it also you means you have to unwrap book two and read both of them (aka EXTRA) encouragement to finish series

1000% has middle book syndrome but then what chance have you got of being as good as the first one right?! After finishing the second one I made sure to read the third one as soon as I could face the intensity again 😅 which was apparently exactly 2 months later according to StoryGraph... and it was the correct choice! Reading the third one so quickly has increased my enjoyment of the middle one when I look back because I can't remember where one stopped and the other started now 😂 can't wait to see what you think of the ending 👀👀

The third book in the series was so interesting, with new concepts and a satisfying ending !! But don't wait too long because you will need to remember the second book or you'll be confused ! I know I was 😅

The Fifth Season was one of the first fantasy/sci fi series I ever read and I haven’t looked back since! NK Jemison is incredible (though I did dnf the New York book)

i read the fifth season and gave it an easy 5 stars, and then the obelisk gate 4 stars. then i re-read both before finishing the series and ended up giving both 5 stars! the stone sky was a bit of a let down for me (3.5 stars still) but i think i’m in the minority with that. i would recommend reading it asap! 🥰

I feel you on that series. I read The Fifth Season shortly before that one came out, preordered that, read it immediately, then preordered The Stone Sky as soon as it was available. Have I read The Stone Sky yet? No.

Totally agree Obelisk Gate feels very much like a middle book, and it ended up being my least favourite from the series. Do yourself a favour and read The Stone Sky asap, because that might be my favourite series finale I've ever read and you need to remember the previous book to appreciate it fully 😅

It definitely has middle book syndrome. It was easily my least favourite book of the three. But I loved the last one. You definitely shouldn’t wait very long because you do need a lot of information from this one.

I was in Turkey for 3 months last year and realised I couldn’t actually see most of your videos for some reasonnnn like I had to full on get a VPN 😂 I cannot think of a single reason why your videos would be monitored there???

maybe because the inserted clips are from drag shows and show non traditional gender content which is most likely forbidden. turkey is not even taking part in eurovision because it "promotes" these things
