Mark is talking to Wade and gets all the way to the front door before realizing its been dead silence for like, 30 seconds to a minute. When "X" is below 50, there will probably be no hunt. When it gets between 50-75 the chance lies on 16% iirc. Higher than 75 and it's on 25%

On another video of this game, I commented about how terrifying it would be if the ghost could kill you in the truck, and I felt like I had jinxed everyone who plays this game and, more importantly, myself.

The truck isn't completely safe from attacks; I've had EMF readings in the truck and some people have reported being attacked there at low sanity, though no one's sure if those things are a bug or a feature... so long story short, nowhere is completely safe.

@@thatwarlockbro That's actually just "preparation" time. On Amateur, you get five minutes to do some paranormal investigating...without hunts. On Professional, you get zero time...the Ghost can hunt at any given time - what causes Hunts is players' sanity being lower and lower. Once your sanity is pretty much bottomed out, a hunt can happen every few seconds once it one prior completes. And the truck is supposed to be a safe zone...because it's not connected to the "area" the ghost has access to...so, I'd assume players getting readies in the truck is a bug.

DON'T HIDE IN THE SAME SPOTS TWICE!! THE GHOST SEARCHES THE PLACES YOU HID IN DURING THE PREVIOUS HUNT!! Use the UV light to check for fingerprints on light switches when the ghost turns lights on or off a lot. Put salt piles down (3 allotted per container) and use the UV light to track footprints when a pile has been disturbed.

Why is it so much scarier when the person is inside the van? Like, the fear of seeing your friends, but not having them see you. Also, knowing that something bad will happen, and literly not being able to do anything at all. Idk, being killed in this game isn't all that scary, but man watching/knowing someone died is so freaky! Lixion is so good at editing! He's absolutely amazing, and made this so much scarier. I love watching this game.

You guys need to turn the lights on more. They only need to be off for the spirit box and looking for ghost orbs. Keeping the lights off makes your sanity go down super fast, which makes the ghost kill you much faster.

one trick I also see people do is place the equipment outside the door rather than going back and forth to the van and losing sanity this works even better if it's not professional since the timer doesnt start until the door is opened, not when u leave the van On another note, candles that are already on the map can be lit, in case u have trouble fixing the light breaker thing everytime lights turns off lastly most ghosts can be outrun since u actually travel at the same speed(unless it's the one that has super speed when it sees u or the one that goes thru walls)
