Di ap rest kariye 2-3 days bcoz agr ap drd m bhi running ki toh ap totally ghr p hi Beth jaoge isse accha h di ap rest kariye bcoz mere bhi shin pain ho rha tha mene bhi rest Kiya h 4-5 days jb jake ab thodi thodi running kr pa rha hu shin pain ki wajah se mujhse bhi ek round nhi lg pa rha tha isliye di ap rest kriye or apka drd shii nhi hua toh ap doctor se advice le yaha waha ki medicine khane se kuch nhi hoga di 👍
