A tip for making the paint recipe book: put packing tape along edge of each page that will be hole punched to re-enforce the holes so they don’t tear with use.

I did this technique many, many years ago on sweatshirts for my parents with photo copies of their grandchildren 1st birthday pictures. Our local newspaper used to have a section for first birthday photos and those are the ones I used. I have also done the shave cream technique (again, years ago), but I used ink pad re-inkers instead of paint.

Wow❣️ Not only is this video showing me some astounding new paper crafting techniques, you actually used a Tim Hortons coffee product! Great craft tips and an equally amazing brand of coffee! I live in Pennsylvania ( USA) and Tim Hortons coffee is a Canadian brand. I’m so happy that I can buy in here!

Idea...use food coloring and water mixture to create colored paper, shapes, etc... Add food coloring to the clay mixture for a different look.

Would clear contact paper work for the first one?
@kd44722 ай бұрын
Yes. It's not quite as sticky as packing tape so just be sure to really rub it down and give it some time to let the adhesive stick. You will need to be a little more careful rubbing off the backing because of the less stickiness, but it does work. I know this because this is the way we used to make overhead transparencies with pictures ("Instructional Technology 101" circa 1977, before computers and cheap printers...). It's often called "image transfer." Been there, done that 🙂
