Upcycled Clothes (from Costco! part 2)

When a person is (completely) out of groceries, they must go shopping. And if that same person happens to find a DIY project along the way, then so be it! :) Yes, once again, my grocery shopping trip to Costco was interrupted by an intriguing find in the clothing section! Some T-shirt dresses (which I had eyed before) were now on clearance! Big time clearance! I do LOVE a good T-shirt dress, so I really couldn't resist! And while I liked the dresses as they were, I had a feeling I could improve them a bit... ;) After all, a little sewing and a little a Rit dye may be all you need to turn basic garments into custom pieces! I purchased two dresses and brought them home for a little upcycle magic! Join me for the crafty adventure and see if you get inspired to find an upcycle project during your next grocery run! :)

Shouldn't to wash it before dying? There might be residue from manufacturing and handling.
