Vintage Haul! Second-hand and Thrifted Finds

I love vintage clothes, but it has become harder to find them at my local thrift stores. Even when I do find vintage pieces second-hand, they are often the wrong size or in poor condition... Imagine my surprise, then, when I found a number of vintage pieces on recent thrifting and garage saling trips! Not only do the clothes fit, but they also fit my style! :) Of course, I had to share these retro gems with you as well as some of the outfits I've made with them! I think that fall and winter are great times to wear vintage, because you can layer older pieces with newer pieces for a more modern look. (And of course, the holidays are coming soon... which is a great excuse to dress up a lil'!) The skirt is too perfectly aligned to be from the sixties. I think it's a bit later, like the 70's. The synthetic textiles are more of a match for that era. LOVE that denim dress!

You need to put some big turquoise with that denim dress and boots so cool or you could do Doc Martin's that might be too edgy for you. The polyester dress is definitely 70s it looks like my baby blanket. They would have used leftover fabric back them not much buying specific fabrics for blankets back then n9t like the master pieces we have today. ❤so cute. Im glad for what you got vintage makes me so happy.
