Awesome! With a rapid loss like that, maybe it’s a good idea to purchase a jar of dill pickles for its vinegar content. Good to eat one and give the jar a swig every other day - helps prevent any stones that may be considering building up along your weight loss regimen.

Keto is definitely the way forward. I try to tell people who ask, fat doesn't make you fat, sugar and carbs do, don't eat if you are not hungry. Don't workout to lose weight, it is 100% the diet, exercise for strength and conditioning. This is a lifestyle and not something you do for a small period of time and then go right back to the habits and foods that caused it in the first place. Congrats Bob!
@Fantasmister4 жыл бұрын
Open Air Garage Much of what you say has truth to it, as some foods will store as fat faster than others if not immediately used (like sugar) but excess calories in ANY form will store as body fat. Calorie deficit will burn the fat. The key is finding what works for you, glad you found yours :)

I'm glad that fasting works for you. I personally find that skipping certain meals a day just ends up causing me to binge eat later on thus resulting in gaining the weight back that was lost from skipping meals. For some odd reason im loosing more weight eating at the appropriate times of day Breakfast Lunch, Dinner. I've noticed cooking at home is not only saving me cash but also calories 😄 this quarantine aint so bad afterall 👌
@TheDailyWoo4 жыл бұрын
Yea there are different ways of doing it . I think they key is no matter what the plan to stick to it
@christinehaworth49244 жыл бұрын
You binge eat if you skip meals is because your body is burning glucose. If you went long enough without food, your body would adapt and switch over to burning body fat. After the body does that, hunger no longer occurs because the body is burning fat and has a ready fuel supply.

Adam, you want to look at Intermittent fasting. It is basically the same as what you are doing now. No eating between meals. However don't skip the butter, olive oil or fatty cuts of meat. If you look into it you will understand why. Those natural fats are actually good for you. The thing is to cut your carb consumption down and replace with natural fats. I know that sounds weird but just research it a bit. If you wanted to step it up a notch, there is Alternate Day Fasting. I do that. I eat for a day then go 24 to 40 hours without food. It sounds horrendous but it works. Look of Dr Jason Fung. He gives a good explanation. The human body physiology is adapted to phases of fasting. What it's not adapted to is the modern carb daily intake and eating five or six times a day.
@bellebonjour4 жыл бұрын
YES! Love intermittent fasting! I don't do it super hardcore, but I don't eat anytime other than 11-9pm (I know I should change up the hours and shorten that time period) but even that change helped me a lot!
