Good job. Your looking great! I also started my get “healthy journey” this year. End of January I was 228lbs at 5’5. As of this morning I am 164.4 lbs. almost 65lbs down. I did keto at the beginning and weight just dropped off. You are correct the bigger you start the faster it falls off... once I noticed I slowed down in losing the weight, I started doing intermittent fasting... I don’t eat from 8pm to 1pm everyday and I started goin to the gym a few days a week. It’s slow going but it’s still going. I feel fantastic and I never want to get that unhealthy again. So I am right there rooting for you!

Adam, this is so impressive. You should feel extremely proud of yourself. Man I’m struggling so hard. I encourage you to research reverse dieting. Basically, when you're done dieting, you slowly add more calories back so that your metabolism revs back up to your maintenance level. Add 100 to 150 a week and stay at that calorie threshold until your weight (or measurements stabilize). Otherwise, you'll pack those pounds back on. It's was crucial for me. Wishing you all the best!

The motivation you just gave me from this video could NOT have come at a more perfect time... I just had a checkup on Tuesday with my doctor about my blood pressure that I've been struggling to get under control, and we discussed the necessity of weight loss and the need for legitimate changes in my life. I have gained weight since the last visit because I have allowed myself to indulge in a less than healthy diet again, and thusly, my blood pressure has suffered because of it. This video right here is the kick in the pants I needed to get back on track! Thank you, Woo, for continuing to inspire!
