This attacker is apparently an enemy domestic. A citizen who is/was woke. A part of the wokes in the military. We've seen the wokes in the military or their woke bosses or leaders fight wars tying our military hands behind their backs. Giving away bases and the military armaments to the enemy, leaving your guys behind to be ambushed and killed, giving them orders to permit spy balloons across your airspace only to bring them down once the enemys spy mission is completed etc. These are the things that need to be dealt with to fix what's wrong with the apparent enemy infiltration throughout your government from the WH down to your local and city governments.
