Sometimes people dont realize how bad it has to get before ultimately deciding on a divorce. This video is 7 years old, looking at you now, you came through it like a champ.

Joe, I have just recently (like 2 hours ago) found your videos and subscribed. You are a very strong individual and I appreciate that about you. You are also very in touch with yourself and not ashamed to show emotion and how you really feel in any given situation. Please always continue to be real and let us be a part of your life. A Friend, John...

Not All Women Are The Same = NAWALT. Look it up. Yes, they are not the same to start off but they change. It is all good and rose...until it isn't the case anymore. And then that lovely women turns into something you wouldn't wish upon your worst enemy. Marriage isn't worth the risk for men - divorce, courts, custody battles, false allegations, potential loss of job, financial struggles, etc. Yes, not all women are the same. Even if you find that women, there is always a chance she can turn into that very person you've been trying to avoid. If someone told you, there's a 40% - 50% chance that a certain investment might not work, would you put your money and future into it? If someone told you, there a 40% - 50% chance that you might not survive skydiving or bungee jumping, would you do it? Yet for some reason, perfectly reasonable men, perfectly rational men, seem to think that their women is somehow different and that it will all work out. Unfortunately, the divorce rate proves that 40% - 50% of you are wrong...and delusional. NAWALT is a silly argument for MGTOW. It doesn't address the reasons for MGTOW in the first place.

No woman is worth your anger or time. I forced a marriage between my ex wife and the basement stairs when she served me divorce papers. That arranged marriage, courtesy of me giving her a push, served her a long overdue nap. I almost paid with my freedom for that arrangement. Thankfully, I was set free due to a procedural technicality and I now live in the woods, roaming everywhere living off God's land and doing his work. God bless!

I'm not sure how many times I've watched this over the years since I first found your channel, but each time I view it I am amazed at the consistency you've shown through various challenges, inconveniences, and yes, even hardships. Over those years I've introduced my own grandsons to Northern Seclusion and Joe and Zach's Survival. All 3 of them understand my respect for you, not only as substantial "entertainment" for me, but also as a role model for them. Yep, even I want to be "like Joe" if I ever actually do grow up,

I have just discovered your channel and subscribed. Sorry to hear this. Although I have only recently found your channel, I have quickly became a fan. You honestly seem to me like a guy that really has life figured out... Obviously I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes but I think it's pretty clear that you are a very hard worker and you care very much about your family. I hope that you continue to find happiness and enjoy the things that really matter in life.. I know it might be hard to understand.. But you have really inspired me to go after the things I really want in life.. I'm making it a goal to have some of the things that you let us be a little part of through your videos. I'm 30 years old and hope by 35 to have a little cabin like you have to enjoy. Anyway, I'm rambling. In short, thank you for teaching us the things that you have and letting us find a bit of peace through your videos.

This is the first time I've watched a video of yours and i must say it was fun going through the snow, cutting up the trees, looking at the beautiful scenery fresh with fallen snow. I live in the desert and what a treat this has been for me. You made me feel like we were friends and it was very cool. Thank you for capturing my attention. Keep up the good work. Loved it. Betty

I only recently started watching your videos,,which I think are awesome. God bless your dad,,he moves around pretty good on that ladder. Brought back memories of my dad and I and growing up in the Catskill mountains in upstate NY.,,,And anything we needed,,we built or fixed it ourselves. It's good to see old fashioned values are still somewhat alive in a world that's going screwy.......KEEP UP THE VIDEOS.

+Sam Jones Thanks Sam. Sometimes using the older ways and values are the only way to maintain a persons sanity. You are correct on this world going screwy, I would say that was a very nice way to put it because its almost beyond being able to be saved.

Woohoo, you got the tent! Sorry for all the hardship of loosing a marriage. I know something like that would be devastating to us. I hope you get settled in and can't wait to see how your duck hunting went.

Love your fireplace, glad the kids were older as a divorce is hard on kids when they are young, my folks went through a divorce and I was a senior in high school and my brother 2yrs younger than me and my little brother who was 6 yrs younger than me and was born deaf lived at home with my mom and my mom worked 3 jobs to get by cuz my dad fought about paying mom and now they both have passed away and are missing out being great grandparents. I'm glad I moved out when I did.

Joe I really enjoy your channel and am sorry about the divorce. I have been divorced almost two years and it does get better. Fortunately your children are older mine are still elementary age. I am thankful to God for half custody. My relationship with my kids gets stronger with each week I have with them. Be thankful for your parents and that you have the tent to go to. I moved in with my parents just so I could keep my getaway for my sons and I. I will pray for you please pray for me.

Your new place is dreamy! Just the kinda place I'm searching for. Really sorry things didn't work for out for you and your wife. I wish you all the best. It seems there is more working against married folks to pull em apart than there is to keep them together. Remember to take care of yourself.

Joe, we none of us have clapped eyes on you in real life but I dare say we all admire and respect you. You're a fine man with amazing talents. More importantly you have wonderful children. The words won't keep you warm nights...but it should help during the day. All good things to you and your family, Joe. Blessings from on high. F.

Joe, sorry for your divorce. I went through one and it takes the air out of a person. You have inspired many of us. I brought home 2 pigs today to raise and put in my freezer. Thanks and it gets better.

Good that you are finally getting to relax. Glad she didn't get the tent. My ex took everything from me even if she didn't have a use for it as long as I would miss it was all the reason she needed.
