Need some help, my biometric appointment for EB3 I-485 didn’t happen due the quarantine (03/24/2020) so I was waiting for the new date when yesterday (06/16/2020) the uscis app said that they sent a Request for Inicial Evidence. Please what does it means??

I am currently living with mom in the caribbean...would having a customer service agent job and being the beneficial owner (or title by contract) of a real estate be enough ties to home country?
@ArthurSerratelli5 жыл бұрын
maybe yes, maybe no . . . Are you asking about a visitor visa? the Consulate looks for things like WHY you would go back . . . if you leave mom there, can she take care of herself? If she can, the US Consulate people will assume you are not going to go back home. So you own real estate (as another example) -- they will ask you, "So What?" Do YOU PERSONALLY need to go manage it? Is it a farm, and you manage the farm workers? Is it just a dwelling that you rent out? Then let mom collect the rent. They will assume you are not going back, unless the real estate is a farm and you run the farm like a job. ALSO -- your job . . . if your employer wrote a letter saying they expect you to return to work after your USA visit, then maybe . . . if not, the US Consulate will assume you can just get any old customer service job in the USA (maybe even work in it illegally) . . . The Consulate people are not very nice.

My wife has had an H1B visa since 2015 and works in a 3-man company in Pennsylvania. Her green card application (EB3) is currently underway. Unfortunately her boss is getting more and more moody. That's why she wants to change companies as soon as possible. When is this possible without having to restart the greencard process? Is there a time limit how long you MUST stay in the old company ?

Hey I emailed not heard in awhile? It’s a quick question on a L2 visa but turn 21 in March if my farther goes on a L1 and applied for a green card while I’m in the USA on L2 does this give me the right to stay in the USA or what can I do to stay with my parents....

If there is an immigration office in my city, does it mean that the interview will be held there? Or will the assignment of the office be random? Or to the capital of the state?
@ArthurSerratelli5 жыл бұрын
normally, the USCIS office for the interview is the one that is: (1) in your state; and the one that is (2) closest to your home

Hi Arthur, please, tell us about the changes announced at the last week, what will be now?
@ArthurSerratelli5 жыл бұрын
What changes are those? Trump made some announcement about his proposal to move to a merit based visa system, but it is only an idea. CONGRESS needs to change the law, and Trump does not play well with Congress right now. The House won't be bullied by President Mentally Stable Genius, so he has decided "not to work" with Democrats on Capitol Hill, so nothing will get done . . . as usual.

Arthur Serratelli yes, I knew that the congress need vote to would change the law, but are you don’t believe that this idea could be get?

Your political bias makes you look unprofessional. Not all immigrants share the same opinions, no matter how the current policies may impact their process.

The Trump derangement syndrome really makes you look very unprofessional. Sure, it’s the popular thing to do, but completely ridiculous.
