So happy to hear what they are doing to the tunnels. Several months ago. I (a former Firefighter) had the same Idea. My idea was to place fire truck pumpers and portable pumps at every tunnel entrance. They CANNOT STOP WATER. Water is more dangerous than FIRE, or GAS. WELL DONE. GOD BLESS FROM THIS AMERICAN.
