I know this is old, but thank you for doing this video. My father has this now and he is 75 and it came out of the blue (as it seems it does) but I find a bit of hope after looking at your facts.

Ha. They gave me no contrast. Twice. All the symptoms. Including these red-yellow circle patches on my back. Mass in my right shoulder and neck. Dislocated shoulder from listing a 2lb box. I lift thousands of boxes averaging 50lbs a piece daily. Pull 2200 lb pallets. Increased aggression as well. Pretty sure I'm stage 3-4 now. Always itching too.. particularly on back during day. And all over in bed at night.
