Are on-canvas notes gone? Hoping you're right about backend changes as well. It would be nice to have more "when's" and "then's" (ha). And Keap dearly need a custom event model (as I've told them)... so maybe... one day soon :D

@@MonkeypodMarketing I"m selfish and I don't care about them. 😂😜. I'll get used to it, as long as the functionality is there. I just wish that higher priority items were getting fixed as well... stuff that is "in progress" for months and months for say the new email broadcast tool. On a more pertinent note, I am surprised that anyone would find the new way easier. I'll have to play with it a bit to see, but from what I saw on your screen it didn't really look easier and certainly didn't line up with competitors tools that truly are easier.
