Could you describe the differences in flavour between the different varieties you have? Theres too many options and Im struggling to choose which tree to get! Thanks in advance. Love your work :)

We have a mamey sapote growing from a seed, it's only a few months old. It's good to see how yours are progressing, gives us a visual on how ours will grow. Great video!

Not really, white sapote and mamey sapote are 2 entirely different families and species 😁. Your mamey sapote is more tropical than white sapote which are actually related to citrus 😁

Trees looking very healthy Alyssa. Can’t impress enough that you need to allow room for the trees to grow. Any slower growing trees will be shaded and chances any fruit will not receive sun for sweetness. Guava for instance. The white sapote do have more space along the fence line out the front but as you see the nashi pear is nearly touching the white sapote after only a year. It is far better to plant all varieties in 1 hole and allow more space around them. That’s just for vigorous trees. Best to remove the lower branches and tip prune the lanky branches as flowers and fruit on the side branches. Remove 2 or 3 leaves at the top after you prune otherwise only 1 shoot will grow into further long lanky branches. The furry leaves are another species called Casimiroa tomentosa which grows more in highlands. The normal white sapote is Casimiroa edulis

Is the root invasive??? It doesn’t look like it is if you have it plant by your house
