Someone needs to introduce a constitutional carry bill, and I think the people should get to vote on it. The state gets enough of our money already . Actually the people should get to vote on all bills !

Senators/congressmen are state officials and therefore have no legal lawful constitutional authority or jurisdiction to pass or enforce any form of gun control laws whatsoever in the united states of America under the supremacy clause, article 4 section 2 paragraph 1, second amendment,9th amendment,10th amendment,14th amendment section 1.

Background checks are a violation of the supremacy clause, article 4 section 2 paragraph 1 the citizens of each state shall be entitled to all privileges and immunities of citizens in the several states, second amendment THE RIGHT of the PEOPLE to KEEP and BEAR ARMS,shall not be Infringed,10th amendment nor prohibited by it to the states clause,14th amendment section 1 no state shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the united states clause. Therefore illegal null and void.

2023 legislative session they jammed stuff in Omnibus. If they fall to get traction this year, they may just take the same tactic in a pork bill.

New Ulm.........1-2 hours after streamed. But, I work 'road construction', and 'that' is starting to go "full on Gonzo'......when I (we that do this type of work), can't just stop and watch any updates. I gotta wait until I get home from work each night....normally after 7-8 pm at night. Keep on fighting them! Keep up the good work that you do! THANK YOU, for the work you do!
