I would love to see more content around how you manage the kids all in one room (if that doesn't break privacy boundaries for you!). We live in a two bedroom, 1,000 sqf apartment and want to start trying for baby 2 so I'm curious how you move them all together when baby is so young!

We have a small house so instead of buying another crib for our second child, my husband and I got a pack n play size mattress from Amazon, and he has slept in a pack n play since he moved out of the bassinet. He is 19 months now and is starting to be able to get out, so we might have to move him to the crib since the sides are higher. But a pack n play for sure takes up less space than a crib, so if you need some more space in your bedroom, you could try it.
