Hey @KempQ, just a FYI an account called "Lonely Sully" is another level 3 lurer account that RespecScape runs with, as well as "Bullyn" which is an account they use that plays the same role as RespecScape (the KO account). They've moved on to using an innocent level 3 in the bank and they stand under that account so you don't see them until it's too late, instead of running into the bank like your old video showed. There are a few other accounts I've lost the names of but there's about 4-5 of them in total. For a while I was hopping around PVP world banks ruining their lures and got to know a lot of them. Their "enemies" (aka Frontline) run a Discord called "The Network" that I was invited to when they realized I was ruining lures. As those spam bots in unsafe PVP banks hop around and warn about lures, they are scouting every unsafe bank and dumping those accounts into this discord server. When the FL guys see a lure in progress, they all mobilize and rush into this area to ruin the lure/get the loot themselves. They run this discord because the FL guys also do lures (more sophisticated ones tho) and don't like the competition that RespecScape/Bullyn introduce. It was a constant game of cat and mouse for RespecScape & Co. to find new banks to lure at and the FL guys to put spambots there to scout them. I left The Network a few months back but as long as those bots are spamming unsafe banks i guarantee this is still happening.

I got lured in March or April of last year right after getting my bank just above 400m. One of the guys involved was a maxed combat account with a tbow and full justiciar as well as a max combat account which pkd me and a lvl 3 account to sucker people in. Took screenshots of everything including the moment I died with the pms displayed, accounts displayed, etc. I reported them but while I was on my alt less than 2 weeks later I saw the bait account trying to lure people at edgeville bank. My bank has still not gotten back to where it was almost a year ago and I have a feeling the people that were involved never got banned. If you know who I can forward the screenshots and info to that could get something done about it please let me know, I just want their accounts to burn.

W302, North East G.E-circle used to be a hotspot for lurers to come walk around while swapping gear in order to catch the eyes of rich bond-noobs before approaching them and trying to make fake friends for a long con setup lol. Not sure if it's still the case, i called a lot of them out for it in the past and it seemed to die down.

Same thing happened to me last week. 1 person chilled with me for over 2 hours. Then a random person comes along saying they are taking donations, the person I’m chilling with initially seems sceptical but then eventually gives them 20m and gets 40m back. A maxed account then did it for 50m, both making sure to show me the loot. I lost 80m. Betrayals are real

I just ran into someone doing this lure, I haven't played in 3 years and had no idea about this method but as of the date of this comment there is people taking advantage of this method so warn your friends and new players. I didn't lose anything because I don't put myself in these situations and tend to stick to myself but it's sad to see this is how bad the community is getting and will always be. So many different methods, I wish jagex would take innitive and put something in the game that allows new players to learn these methods so they can watch out for them because I have to keep warning people when I see this type of stuff going down and alot of them dont believe me unfortunately. Idk how jagex could implement learning about these scams/lures and deceptions but if they could find a way I think that would be best for the game.

I remember CLS Product tried luring me into the clan portals years ago even before he started his videos. I learned the whole lure without doing the final step. Basically most lures use a “trusting friend” who tries to make you believe you can anti lure.

Had house parties a year and a half ago at katie's house. She got hacked and i took a break out of paranoia. She was just starting to stream and changed her name to KT Slays at her max party. About 3 weeks later she was hacked and we never heard from her aside from communication with one of her irl friends that played. I just came back but theyve all seem to have quit the game :(

One of these lures gave me 100m in items. Idk why tho. It all started as a pm of “I’m gonna go staking” “do you want me to stake for you?” “I’ll give you a free 5m that I’ll start with and after that if I lose it we will keep going.” I ended up giving him 10m his own cash for 100m including full armadyl and I forget what the 4th item was now. I sold it all for a dhcb but to this day I’m still shocked by what happened

I've never encountered a lurer in my life, but in all honesty, it's probably because I'm still low level and have nothing good to offer them 😂 I spend a majority of my time doing quests only (and occasional combat training which means food, potions, armor, weapons, and ammo) so I'm broke as hell. I don't even communicate with people on there, I'm solo 24/7 unless playing with an irl friend.

I was once approached by "Maxxed Em" almost 2100 Total Levels account training herblore and her alt "Luis####". TL;DR the whole drop thing. I noticed and knew what their gameplan was right away but what was crazy was when they tried to do it to me, I already imp boxed it away, as well as there were like 30 other people who logged in to get the door jammed. The thing was, again I had nothing on my as I imp boxed my item away. They'll try to social engineer you by showing how the "Lure" works and show multiple maxed mains getting away with the money over and over again to try to get you to drop your stuff. The thing is again, if you imp box it, it doesn't matter. Anywho, I didn't fall for the scam but it's a real shame when some of these scums and trash of this game come by and harm these players who aren't that skeptical about things. It's a huge problem for the community and what's worse is that these players are ALL almost maxed mains. Usually you would assume it would be low total levels low level accounts doing the scamming but it's CRAZY to see the high level community hit with these scums/trash. To this day; I'm not sure if Maxxed Em and his or her alt Luis is banned. Thanks for looking out on the community.
