This game is really good and honestly its a cheaper game. I would’ve probably paid $25-$30 for this game especially since the dev work so hard but I paid like $10!!

I make sure I have every item in stock before I open shop, that way I never have people complain about not finding products. Also, your pricing seems oke, but sometimes you overprice. When a product is $6,30, you price it $7 and I think that $6,50 is probably better. That way you only have to reprice the few you get every day. Makes it easier on you :). Loving the series and playing along with you :D

Kage display only top 3 shelfs, save the bottom for left over. No more near empty boxes. We did this in the store I used to work at.

That's awesome storage, I also enjoy taking a walk in the new expanded neighborhood while my cashiers work. I think putting one item on the bottom and then stacking the above ones will make it easier to see what you have in the storage room. I have found that by grouping them in the orginal 6 that unlocked together it's easier to keep track.

Hey Kage, you got me into that game. Thanks for that. I have a little tipp for speeding up the ordering. Try using the search field in the market ui. I usually enter the first 2 or 3 chars of a product type (like "cer" for cereals) or name (like "sta" for stark tuna). This saves me alot of looking and scrolling. Only for the cleaning products I use the category filter instead.

This is a nice feature. But what this game needs (More than anything) is a scanner tool for ordering your existing goods. No more running back and forth to the PC. I wonder if the PC can now be moved into the storage? Gonna have to try that tomorrow. Anyway, PC should only be used for unlocks, equipment, etc. Also, we NEED stock personal. My store is so big now it is very tough to keep up and becomes very tedious buying and stocking the shelves every morning. It just isn't so fun of a game after a while.

Not sure if you knew this, but you cN order 10 items, then order more go outside and all 20 boxes are there. You don't need to clear the first 10 first. Hope this helps . Love the videos

Well, they put tags on the front of the shelves and racks showing what item goes there and how much is stored. That's for organizing the stockers. Tho, don't know why I'm replying 3 weeks late, I sure there's a more recent video with the new changes in place.

They really need a better inventory management system. You should be able to see on the computer what you have on the shelves and what you have in stock. Then you can see what you have vs what you need right there without having to travel back and forth from the floor to the storage room to the computer.

Kage now that you have storage is when you start buying extra stock when the market changes. since when that changes the cost for your purchase goes down also so for instance when muscle milk goes down you can buy 20 cases then wait for it to go back up to put them out or charge a premium etc

With the stocking personal update, you can see the total amount in the boxes in 1 spot on the side of the shelves, and if you think there is more just try and stock a full place, if you have more in the box it says, shelf is full, if it doesn't say anything the box is empty.

Universal boxes would be good. Currently I have a box for each item is storage and leave one item in each box. This is to help move stock around whenever I want to refurb the place without the need to buy the product to be able to move the stock.

Pro tip. Turn your cash registers side ways so a line is for each one and it doesn’t get backup up with everyone going for one and not the other

I've watched Floppy Sword play this, and he just repacks his checkout register back into it's box when he is busy stocking or just doesn't want to wait on customers. Kage will love this tip if he ever sees this.

I doubt I'll ever unlock the store room, i find it unnecessary, but people like playing different ways, so it's good that the dev made that feature better. I'm not really aiming for a superstore, I just pack in as many things as possible, in small numbers, like a convenience store. The more products and licenses you get, what they buy is more spread out, so you don't need lots of each thing. My one wish is for upright freezers. The ones in the game take up too much space for too little product.

Dude I bought 4 boxes of cereal, then forgot I needed the other kind and accidentally added the same one I’d bought but it was still set to 4 🤣 I had 8 boxes of the same cereal 😩

I ran into the same problem early on. Then I changed every single quantity to one, and if I norder more than one, I don't change the quantity. I will just click the one multiple times. This way it always stays at one quantity, so you can never over order by accident. (Unless you have a twitchy trigger finger on the mouse).
